L’arrivée super simple avec une boîte à clef, la cuisine un peu petit mais tout ce qu’il faut, aucune wifi parconte et même aucun réseau .. parking juste devant la résidence et plusieurs autres parking pas loin.Parconte le frigo fait un bruit pas possible pour dormir pas top top.. Nous avons trouver un cafard dans le placard..

Escapade à Annecy

Arrivés dans un appartement très bien situé. A qqes mètres du lac et de toutes les commodités. Très propre, bien agencé avec un petit espace si vous avez un toutou. Il y a de très belles randonnées à faire. Prévoyez de bonne chaussures et une bouteille d'eau. La plupart des sites sont payants y compris tous les parkings alors pensez à mettre une petite bourse dans une poche. De la décontraction au bord du lac et se baigner. Nous conseillons le restaurant chez Ingalls près du vieux Annecy. Au bord du lac vous pouvez vous rafraichir dans le bar/restaurant ou prendre une glace. Pour les glaces vous pouvez aller chez Pierre dans le vieux Annecy. Parfait

Très bon séjour

Studio très fonctionnel et spacieux. Avec son petit plus la terrasse ! Places de parking à la résidence ou parking gratuit juste en face. Très bien situé géographiquement, arrêt de bus juste a côté. A 5min à pied de la plage municipale. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour, je recommande !

Gemütliche Wohnung nah am See

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, man ist in 5 Minuten am Lac de Annecy, Ausstattung in Ordnung und es gibt sogar einen kleinen Garten mit Esstisch. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Bon séjour à Menthon St Bernard

Studio très propre, bien équipé et bien décrit dans l'annonce. Il demande juste quelques petites améliorations au niveau de l'agencement de la kitchenette. Il est très bien situé pour de belles balades aux environs. Sa proximité au lac est un bon atout. Nous le recommandons.

Séjour à menthon st Bernard

Studio agréable mais tout près de la seule route vers Annecy donc quand il fait 30 degrés on ne peut pas laisser les fenêtres ouvertes car trop bruyant !

Exellent séjour au lac d'Annecy et sa région.Appartement tout a fait correct pour son prix et son équipement.Un petit reproche pour le parking,le Week end les places réservées aux résidents sont occupées par des personnes extérieures qui se rendent au lac.Faire poser un panneau d'accès interdit au parking beaucoup plus voyant que celui qui existe
