Thanks for your feedback. It seems a bit harsh to me. Indeed some updating is programmed this autumn (furniture and refreshing paint). Thanks for the tip as regards couch, at the moment armchairs only The twin beds are orthopaedic beds, one double bed is only 2 years old. I shall check the breakages you mention because on this level we ( the caretaker & I) replace immediately any appliances that do not work. As for dampness I'm more then astonished. Tthis house can stay closed for months without any objectif signs of dampness. Whatever I shall be more then pleased to detail the work done this autumn and receive you again with pleasure

I feel the need to add some factual information to Tammy's. The electricity had been cut off by mistake on your arrival but was back on inside an hour of your arrival. Everything was working correctly - internet and heating. Absolutely no need to choose between heating one area against another! But if you consider it is not recommendable to american travellers well that's up to them to decide And welle and good ,their décision will of course be mine.

Sir I'm sorry your stay was not up to your expectations. I know you got off to a bad start as you were not expected on your arrival- due to communication problems between Abritel & VRBO. And we did our best to make up for this when it was brought to our knowledge. I apoligized then and do so again here for upset and all inconveniences caused by this. As regards cleaniness & equipement : If you check on site you will notice that the jacuzzi is not advertised as part of equipement as it out of order, waiting for a specialized repairer The place was perfect at begining of season, I checked it myself-, no problem with equipement was brought to our knowledge since then. A full carpetcleaning was done on the 25 of august. For years I've been catering for holiday makers and I've learnt one thing this year : I shall no longer accept animals. That's all I can say. I do hope that you will be more satisfied with futur choices
