Seaclusion offers a FANTASTIC Beachfront VIEW. There is no home in front of the house so you have an unobstructed beach view from the oversize deck. It is less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. 3 Bedrooms – 2 ½ baths – Fully furnished and has all the amenities of home except for the worry of a phone ringing. Seaclusion offers a full 7 nights for a weekly booking compared to most beach homes on Bolivar Peninsula where you will find a week long booking will only be for 6 nights. You will pay less for this beachfront home and get an extra night as a bonus, due to the owner managing the property himself. You will love the coastal décor of the home. Enjoy a cold drink in the swing or sit at the table on the deck listening to the ocean waves. Take a short stroll to the beach for some fun in the sun. The large deck is an open invitation to morning coffee sunrises. Wireless WIFI is available in the home. Rates are family based on occupancy of 10 from March 1st through Labor day weekend. after Labor day weekend till March 1st pricing is based on occupancy if 8. The house can sleep 12, but occupancy of more than 10 or 8 based on reservation dates, must be approved and a fee could apply per person. There are to be no more persons than stated occupancy, unless previously agreed by the Owner. This includes large daytime groups or parties. What is to be avoided is a large number of additional guests at the home that are not part of the group staying. All additional guests must be approved by the Owner. The intent is not to prevent friends from visiting but to prevent large continuous gatherings that overcrowd the homes capability and impact surrounding properties. Check in or Check out on Saturday is not accepted unless it is off season and approved by owner. Weekends must be for both Friday and Saturday nights. check in 5:00 PM, Check out 1:00 PM. If getting Linen/Towel package, check out is 12:00 noon, as additional time is needed for Laundry services. Dogs are allowed based on size/breed but MUST be approved by owner and a flexible fee will be applied per dog. Cats, birds, etc. are not allowed.
Failure to obtain approval for additional guests/pets will result in violation of rental agreement subject to removal and forfeiture of security deposit.

Items you need to bring: Paper goods, first aid items, insect repellant, charcoal & lighter, bathroom supplies, beach towels, bath towels and washrags, kitchen towels, clothes washing detergent and bed linens (unless paying convenience package, which provides towels and linens).
*LEAVE CABIN CLEAN FOR NEXT GUESTS. You are paying for inspection and sanitizing fee, not for maid service, so the home must be left clean upon departure. Guests are responsible to leave the house in the condition you find it in. Cleaning supplies are provided. Floors, bathrooms, countertops, furniture, etc.. should be cleaned as necessary to leave home in as good of a shape as possible. Most rentals charge quite a bit more for maid service and require departure by 12:00 noon. I only charge what is necessary to employ the services of someone to do inspection and sanitizing and some minor cleaning in order to assure that incoming guests arrive at a clean and sanitized home. By allowing guests to check out at 1:00 instead of 11:00 AM, I am providing additional time for guests to clean up after themselves and leave the home as they found it. Based on the report from the inspection, if the home has to have any major cleaning, including having to vacuum or sweep floors due to guests not leaving home as instructed, the extra charge for that service will be deducted from the security deposit. If paying for the convenience package Linens, bath towels, and washrags will be provided. Towels, etc will be placed in linen cabinets in bathrooms. Sheets and pillowcases will be left on beds based on the usage booked. Prior to departure, please strip beds of sheets and pillowcases and place all used items including bath towels, etc, on top of washer/dryer. Unused items should be left where they were. This will allow the service for washing and drying to know what needs to be cleaned.

Unobstructed view of the ocean - 1 minute to beach - great balcony for bird or people watching. Everything worked great in house - air conditioning was top notch for how hot it was. Will visit there again.
Great location. Close to restaurants, grocery store and gas station. 200 ft to the beach. So peaceful to sit on the deck and watch and hear the waves. Nice amenities but the mattress was too soft for me. We will return again next summer and bring our grandsons.
This was my family’s first time to crystal beach and it did not disappoint. This home put us right on the beach and close to the local stores. We will definitely be back.

The house was very cute and had easy access to the beach. The deck overlooking the beach was the perfect place to relax. Greg was super easy to work with as well and was very accommodating. We will be staying again. Highly recommend!
The location is great with nothing blocking your view of the water. It’s a short walk right to the beach (bin #98). The large deck was terrific to sit and have a drink. The bedrooms are a good size. The main bedroom has a private bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bath. For large family groups the arraignment is good. For a group of friends I think you’d have no more than 3 couples. The kitchen had everything you need to cook if you choose or it’s a short drive to The Big Store, Steve’s Landing, etc.

Great location, right next to the beach access which is neighborhood only, so it's quiet and not crowded. We did visit during the winter so that also helped cut down the crowds. House was very clean and had a great deck. Everything was working nicely and easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!
We wanted a safe way to get away and wanted to relax with a beach view and the sound of waves. We found it. We loved sitting out on the deck, looking up at a star filled sky. I loved the swing. We enjoyed the indoors as much as the outdoors. We had to take turns when we ate on who would have the chair with the view of the gulf. We brought a go-cart and had a blast riding it on the beach. Everyone thinks about renting during the summer, but if you can, rent during late September early October. The weather is perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and always responsive. The internet provider had an issue with a cut line and the owner was very informative when we inquired about the lack if internet.
Beautiful place. Perfect location. Had a great week. The place had all we needed. Very well designed beach home. The area and the people were so friendly. Met alot of new friends! Great fishing too. Caught lots of Reds and sharks!
I read all the reviews and most of them were good reviews so I assume I would have a good experience with this owner.
We checked in and found some feathers on the living room floor. no big deal. the standing shower from the first floor had some bad odor because water didn't drain well. no big deal. I found someone's ejaculation on the bottom of one of the top bunk beds. I cleaned it myself. no big deal . When we left, we cleaned dishes. Washed and dried bed sheets and towels. took the trash out. Cleaned the countertop and and the floor. I even left owner thank you message.
The owner texted back a few hours later and told us that we didn't clean the house like he expected. There were some feathers on the living room floor and there was a ripped pillow. those thing were there when we checked in.
we had stayed at the "Lost Vegas" property from Jun 12-14. 2020, few blocks from this property. the property was much cleaner and we got no issue with the owner. we are clean and neat people. we always try to keep the property we rent clean or neat as well.
we tried to be good customers and didn't report any complaints and this owner actually charged us extra for not keeping the house clean and threat to charge us even more if we don't keep our mouth shut. This is unbelievable. never experienced this ever before. totally wrong!!!

First and foremost, the renter is the cleaning crew. I dont charge the high cleaning service fees for many reasons, but renting a beach home for 30 years I have learned that I dont want to rent my home to anyone who doesn't want to leave it as it was found, and as a result guests take better care of it knowing they are expected to clean. Everyones idea of clean is different and is expected and excused. However, this guest admitted to not knowing they were expected to clean as is stated in rental agreement and posted in home. The following is from the lady I pay to inspect and sanitize after each renter and is the reason 100 of the 500 security deposit was withheld, the first of which has been done in several years.
House was messy. Pillows/blankets thrown about.¿Beds where not stripped.¿Floor had not been swept.¿Toilets and sinks had not been cleaned. ¿Tubs had sand, hair, etc in them.¿Food crumbs on table and in floor.¿Trash can in bathroom and laundry room full, I took it out. ¿A pillow in bunkroom was ripped (I put it in bunk bedroom closet). I actually put several pillows back in closets, they had a lot of pillows in each room. ¿Found some pillow feathers in living room (from couch pillows maybe but did not find any rips in those pillows).
This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was so convenient to everything we needed and was a great place to relax for a few days. The owner was very easy to work with.

I grew up and live in Orange Texas about 70 miles from Crystal Beach. My parents owned property from 1977, in Crystal Beach. I bought my first beach home in 1988 and have been at the current location since 1994. I rebuilt the current home after hurricane Ike and it was completed in Jan. of 2010. I have been renting my properties on Crystal Beach since 1988.

Great location in a family oriented area. An unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf makes this rental special. No need to drive to the beach or buy a parking sticker. Golf cart rental is available at entrance to subdivision which makes it handy if your plans include a cart,
What makes this property unique
The wide unobstructed view of the beach from the oversize deck. No house close on any side of the house giving you the feel of more room and privacy,
You get a full 7 nights for a weekly rental. Most all rentals in Crystal beach only offer 6 nights at a 7 night rate. A 7 night rate for this beach front home is comparable to homes that are 4th or 5th row but only offer 6 nights for a weekly stay. No taxes are charged to the renter. Linens, towels, etc... are available for an additional fee. Pets may be allowed, based on size and type of breed. A flexible fee will apply per pet..
