We had a pleasant stay, the surroundings were quiet and the the pool was most welcoming in the hot weather. We had a couple of issues which were sorted promptly by the owner. Air con would have been wonderful but did not take away the time we had exploring the area and the many villages.

Perfect holiday in a perfect villa

We spend a perfect holiday in this very nice villa with all comfort. Everything was clean, several places to eat outside (always one in the shadow), private and quiet, swimming pool was taken care off. 2 bedrooms + bathroom have a seperate entrance, a kind of "private appartment" Nice neighboorhood and the sea at 45 minutes

Nice villa in Rocbaron

We, a family of five, spent a very nice week in the villa: Dining on the large patio, enjoying the pool and the sun. We made several outings by car to beaches, neighboring towns etc (30–45 minutes typically). The property actually consists of two parts, the villa and a separate apartment in the same building. The owner Jacques was quick in answering any questions we had. Although not recently renovated, the house was clean and everything worked as expected. Note that the default checkin (via local representatives – getting the key and receiving instructions) procedure requires knowing some French. There is no AC but the house kept relatively cool despite hot temperatures. Overall a great stay!

Superbe maison adéquate pour les familles , pas pour fêter des évènements , voisins un peu trop regardant sur le bruit et sur ce qui se passe . Mais nous avons passer un super séjour entre famille et amis je relouerais sans problème

Magnifique séjour

Villa très bien située pour visiter la Provence verte, les îles d'Hyères, Marseille, les calanques, etc. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée avec beaucoup de confort. Les terrasses sont magnifiques et la piscine magique et très bien entretenue.

Très belle maison avec piscine

La maison est très belle et bien équipée. La piscine par de fortes chaleurs est un vraie plus. La réactivité et la communication avec le propriétaire et les responsables de la maison ont été parfaites. La climatisation aurait été un plus car nous avons été obligés de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes (avec quelques bruits la nuit notamment les voisins et les chiens). Toutefois dans l'ensemble nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons cette maison.

Très bien

Tres belle maison agréable et fonctionnelle, située au calme avec belle piscine. Commerces proches à 10 minutes en voiture. Une partie des chambres est un peu isolée avec un acces extérieur, idéal pour adolescents ou adultes mais peu adapté pour des jeunes enfants. Le logement était tres propre à l arrivée ce qui est appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ,à recommander.

Très belle villa avec tout le nécessaire, Très bien pensé quand on a des enfants en bas âge (barrière pour fermer la terrasse, lit parapluie avec matelas pour plus de confort, un pot) La piscine est juste parfaite, tout le monde y trouve son compte (plusieurs profondeurs pour faire plaisir à tout le monde) Il y a même des moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour , les enfants ont profité un max de la super piscine, entretenue 3x semaine, Franck est super sympa. Beaucoup de chance avec le climat aussi , température caniculaire , d où nuit un peu chaude... Maison très bien située, commerce à 2km , 30 min de la côte. Propriétaire sympathique. A recommander sans hésitation.

Agréable séjour en famille

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances en famille dans cette propriété dont le gros point fort est l'extérieur. La belle piscine et la grande terrasse sont ancrées dans un endroit trés paisible. La maison est très bien équipée et tous les commerces sont à proximité. Idéal pour un séjour au calme avec des enfants.

Un petit paradis

Nos 10 jours dans cette belle et charmante demeure étaient parfais. Très belle piscine , quartier très calme et à 30 mi de la plage.... 100% satisfait !

Superbe maison !!

Superbe maison ensoleillée du matin au soir dans un environnement très agréable, aucunes nuisances sonores. La piscine est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses et la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable en cas de problème. Le petit plus du séjour, deux gros figuiers pour des petits déjeuners vitaminés !!!

Trés jolie villa bien située et trés bien équipée, pour un séjour de détente au calme. Egalement trés bien situé en ce qui concerne excursions à la mer(voiture indispensable), randonnées etc.. Commerces, supermarché, restaurants etc..presents au même village, (bon pain et bons croissants..) Propriétaire trés amiable et avenant. Trés bonne communication soit par mail ou téléphone. La dame qui s'occupe des lieux sur place est aussi trés gentille et trés discrete en ce qui concerne l'entretien sur place(piscine etc...) Belle piscine bien entretenue. Rien ne manqué dans cette villa. C'était pour la deuxième fois qu'on a passé un beau séjour dans cette villa, qui est a recommender sans hésitation pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Séjour idyllique

Maison idéalement située dans un lieu calme. Nous avons trouvé un logement en conformité avec la description. Intérieur décoré avec goût, bonne literie, très propre. Accueil vraiment chaleureux.Jardin superbe, piscine bien entretenue. Propriétaire qui suit bien le dossier. Cette maison a une âme, Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Je conseille vivement cette location.
