In Sardinia, near the charming village of Porto Rotondo, in the heart of Gallura, just 15 km from Costa Smeralda airport and 12 from the port of Olbia and Golfo Aranci, reserved and quiet Ladunia residential complex, surrounded by the Mediterranean with caretaker all year.
Casa Valery totaling 80 square meters, overlooking the sea, with occupancy by up to n. 5 people, consists of: a double bedroom loft with double bed and a single bed; n. 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine .Another double bedroom, and No. 1 bathroom with shower; a living room about 30 square meters with table and chairs, sofas and LCD TV, FREE WI-FI, and a fully equipped kitchen. The property includes a beautiful terrace with stunning views over the crystal waters of the Gulf of Marinella where you can enjoy delicious appetizers and luxurious romantic dinners.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and tastefully decorated.
In the residential center there is a sun deck with descent to the sea, a soccer field, a tennis court, a playground for children and a panoramic infinity pool with sea water (open from 01/06 to 30/09) situated in the square where there are bars, hairdressers, tobacconists, newspapers and a service center open all year round for any need.
The cost of rent that is meant for week ALL INCLUSIVE: utilities, linens, towels for each guest and final cleaning.
To request additional service laundry, towel and change of. Adjacent to the entrance of the residence is a restaurant-pizzeria. (June _ September).
The white and famous beach of Marinella equipped with services for rent umbrellas, sunbeds, rafts, boats, windsurf, diving center, disco bar, restaurant and a well-equipped marina is just 1.5 km away.

Wunderschön

Super entspannt, alles da was man benötigt. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Lido. Er war stets erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

...es war traumhaft! Sehr netter umsorgter Vermieter. Die Aussicht wunderschön. Urlaub pur! Alles was man benötigt ist im Appartement vorhanden. Die offene Galerie lädt einfach zum wohlfühlen ein. Sehr gepflegte Anlage.Wir kommen definitiv wieder. @lido.....falls diese Immobilie auf den Markt sein sollte, bitte melden.

Rooms with a View

Casa Valery was as described/advertised. We arrived in the evening so the full extent of the breath-taking view was not available until the following morning. The property was spotless and everything was in good working order. The kitchen was really functional and we felt that we ought to eat on the balcony all the time so we could enjoy the view. Good wifi signal so i was able to keep in touch with work. Property was really quiet and you could hear the waves gently lapping against the rocks below . We would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time.

Incredible view and a great tranquil location

We loved it. The beds could be more comfortable but that seems common in Italy even in first class hotels. lido is a great communicator and although We don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English we managed well. The condo is in a great area and we would definitely come again.

Excellent emplacement. Appartement mieux que les photos. M. Lido et Mme Caterina étaient très gentils. Ils sont amicaux et très utiles. Absolument recommandé. Je vais recommander à mes amis. Atemberaubender Blick auf den Golfo Marinella

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Ferienanlage Ladunia mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Bucht von Marinella. Die Wohnung ist für 4-5 Personen ausreichend groß und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln wurde uns bei der Anreise am Samstagabend zur Verfügung gestellt. Senior Lido und Seniora Caterina waren sehr um unser Wohl besorgt und kümmerten sich liebevoll und dennoch dezent um einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Unweit von Olbia gelegen ist die Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge in die umliegenden Buchten, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Insgesamt eine erholsame und rundum schöne Woche im warmen Herbst Sardiniens. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Bel appartement spacieux et très bien équipé avec une terrasse donnant sur le golfe avec une vue à 180° extraordinaire. A réserver les yeux fermés. Pensez quand même à des produits anti-moustiques...

Gut gepflegte Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht in die Bucht von Marinella. Problemlose Abwicklung der Buchung, prompte Antworten auf Fragen vor der Abreise, sehr freundliche Betreuung durch Caterina. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.
