The Enchanted Cottage is a newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in Brant Point. The Enchanted Cottage may be rented by itself or together with neighboring Storybook Cottage to accommodate up to 14 guests- perfect for large family vacations! Both houses feature private decks with yard space, off street parking, high end appliances, fine linens, and contemporary art work and finishes.

Brant Point is close to Town, the harbor, beaches, restaurants and shopping.

As with all Copley Nantucket properties, guests of the Enchanted Cottage have access to Copley's complimentary concierge service for help making restaurant suggestions, recommending fishing excursions on beach or by boat, day trips, car rentals, and more.

The Enchanted Cottage stayed true to it's name

Cottage was darling! Clean, spacious and cute backyard, very walkable to town. Check-in and out was very easy. Loved this charming home and would definitely revisit.

Fabulous within walking distance!

I rented this house for a business trip for my colleagues and myself to work the Nantucket Wine Festival. It was a great location to be able to walk to our destinations, The house was very clean, check- in was easy and it was lovely to work with the property manager. Beds were comfortable too! Perfect house for all your needs whether business or pleasure!

Can’t Wait To Book Again!

Everything from beginning to end was incredible. The host on top of it all was super accommodating and wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible. We had the best time staying there for a ladies weekend but could easily see it being just as great for a family getaway. Can’t wait to go bACK!

Wonderful stay near Brandt Point

We had a lovely stay at 27 North Beach Street. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. We loved the location close to town, Brant Point and Jetties Beach. The property manager, Susan, was very responsive and great with her recommendations. We would definitely stay again.
