Stone house completely restored and decorated with care.
Large volumes provide a warm and friendly living space.

Ideal location for Mont-Saint-Michel, tourism of memory (D-Day 1944), the uniqueness and authenticity of the coast, heritage and local products.

Nestled in the heart of the village and its shops (bakery, bar, restaurant, market on the square, 50m) and 1 KM from the beach.
A small south-facing terrace allows you to relax in peace.
For the little ones, a travel cot, a high chair, a bathtub adaptable to the shower and a potty are available.
Beautiful walks on the beach, on foot or on horseback.
Water sports nearby, sand yachting, kite-surfing, catamaran.
Landing beaches only 40 minutes away!
Oyster production region.
The Chausey Archipelago 30 minutes from Granville and the Channel Islands 1 hour.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist (von Innen) toll restauriert und gut eingerichtet. Super Küche, große, gute Bäder. Mitten in einem kleinen Ort unweit des Meers, aber sehr ruhig. Buchung, Empfang und Kontakt zur Betreuerin des Hauses waren optimal. Es war unser erster Urlaub in dieser Region und vieles hat uns hier gut gefallen. - Ein paar Dinge möchten wir aber anmerken: Auch wenn der fehlende Garten (die kleine Terrasse kann man mögen oder nicht ...) kein grundsätzliches Problem darstellt - dies ist ja bei der Buchung bekannt - sind der Vorplatz und teils das Gelände drum herum schon ziemlich ungepflegt bzw. strahlen das Flair einer Baustelle aus. Ein wenig mehr Pflege hätten wir schon schön und einem Ferienhaus ohne Garten angemessen gefunden. Außerdem wäre eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit (Fensterläden schließen lüftet den Raum kaum ausreichend) des nach hinten gehenden Schlafzimmers wünschenswert. Das andere Schlafzimmer leidet unter dem üblichen Problem kleiner Daxhzimmer, es gibt nur eine sehr kleine Luke im Dach, die man nachts entweder öffnen (Regengefahr!) oder schließen (keine Luft im kleinen Zimmer!) kann. Wirklich traurig ist, dass es den in der Buchungsbeschreibung angekündigten Bäcker im Ortskern nicht gibt. Statt dessen eine außerhalb des Ortes in einem Gewerbegebiet liegende Boulangerie (bitte Beschreibung korrigieren!). Wirklich eine Schande (!), dass so etwas, wie leider oft in Frankreich, lokalpolitisch nicht besser klappt!!

nettes Haus

Renoviertes und modern eingerichtetes Steinhaus im Ortskern von Blainville mit kleiner Südterrasse. Wer keinen großen Wert auf Garten und Außenanlagen legt, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Abwicklung bei Anreise und Abreise völlig unproblematisch. Gerne wieder.

Super domicile

Nous avons tous les deux passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette magnifique vieille bâtisse, très moderne et stylée, avec tout ce qu'il faut, dans ce village très normand, dans un cadre charmant, à une petite marche de la mer. Très jolie maison de centre ville

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 15 jours, la maison est magnifiquement rénovée, spacieuse, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. La petite terrasse, superbement fleurie, au calme est très agréable. Sylvie a été très accueillante et disponible à l’arrivée comme au départ. Deux petites pistes d’amélioration toutefois : le lit de la chambre parentale est vraiment très ferme et un rideau côté cuisine/salle à manger serait bienvenu car les propriétaires passent quasiment systématiquement dans l’allée au moment des repas et cela permettrait un peu plus d’intimité (notamment au petit déjeuner). A noter pour les parents de jeunes enfants que le jardin clôturé n’est pas directement attenant à la maison, il faut traverser l’allée et donc accompagner les enfants, et que ce jardin n’est pas privatif à la maison mais partagé avec les propriétaires (qui sont vraiment charmants).

Wunderbares Haus in der Normandie

Das Haus ist toll. Die Vermieterin Sylvie ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche. Um schnell an schöne Strände zu kommen, bedarf es eines Autos oder aber man sollte die Räder dabei haben. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Altes Haus geschmackvoll renoviert

Das alte Haus im Zentrum von Blainville-Sur-Mer ist geschmackvoll renoviert. Ausser einem Haarfön war alles verfügbar, was man so braucht. Leider war die Unterkunft nur mässig sauber, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinträchtigte. Wunderbar ist der Gartensitzplatz.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr geschmackvoll restauriertes und eingerichtetes Haus in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Strand und Supermarkt sind gut mit dem Rad , zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in nettem Dorf

Geschmackvoll renoviertes altes Haus mitten im Dorf mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sylvie war sehr gut. Bar und Bäckerei in 1-2 Minuten erreichbar, auch mehrere Restaurants und Strandbars zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben die drei Wochen wirklich genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Dorfidylle in der Normandie

Wunderschönes, innen modern renoviertes Haus in einem kleinen Ort. Alles Notwendige vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Auch vor Ort hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Bäcker, Bar und Supermarkt in Laufweite. Strände und Nachbarorte sind sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Normandie/Bretagne

Maison très agréable et bel accueil

Veille maison de pierres très agréablement restaurée, équipée et meublée. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Poêle à bois et bois dispo pour les soirées d'hiver, même si la maison est très bien chauffée. 2 douches, 2 toilettes. A savoir, parking pour une seule voiture à proximité de la maison (mais parking gratuit à 50m sur la place). L'accueil est top, chaleureux et facile.

Hervorragend mit besonderem Ambiente

Ein wunderbares altes Steinhaus, mitten im Dorf, mit sehr viel Geschmack modern renoviert - ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, auch bei schlechterem Wetter. Für jemanden, der gerne kocht, eine vorzüglich eingerichtete Küche. Überhaupt fehlte es in diesem Haus mit besonderem Ambiente an nichts. Französisch charmant wurden wir von Sylvie betreut. Dieses Feriendomizil ist für jede Jahreszeit perfekt und nur zu empfehlen.

Fijn verblijf dicht bij de zee

Vlotte communicatie , waarborg wel ter plaatse cash betalen (vonden wij niet duidelijk in de advertentie). Op wandelafstand van de zee waar bij eb massa’s oesterbanken tevoorschijn komen.

Traumhaft renoviertes Steinhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll renoviert und ausgestattet. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und reagierte prompt. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung der Normandie (La Manche) sehr gut geeignet.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Normandie

In den Sommerferien waren wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in dieser tollen Wohnung in Blainville-sur-Mer. Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung/Ferienhaus in einem alten normannischen Steinhaus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist alles vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, sogar Handtuchwärmer). Besonders schön ist die von einer Mauer umgebene Veranda, auf der man bis spätabends Sonne hat und schön Abendessen kann. In der Nähe sind viele tolle Strände (Gouville, Coutainville) und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sehen: Coutances mit Kathedrale, D-Day-Strände, Besonders klasse ist das Airborne Museum in L'Eglise Sur Mer, eindrucksvoll. Ein Auto sollte man aber zur Verfügung haben. Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus/-wohnung absolut empfehlenswert.

Blainville-sur-Mer

A very peaceful village but very very quiet. Local bar/tabac and bakery nearby but not always open. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Car access to property not possible for much of our stay due to ongoing roadworks but we were able to make use of a local car park 3-4 mins walk away. Good centre for touring Normandy’s west coast.
