This property was well maintained and clean. The view from the balcony of the sunsets was always the highlight of the day for us. The host Richard was always available and quick to respond. If you want a reasonable priced place close to the beach , especially if you surf, this is the place. Also many restaurants to choose from all great and within a quick 5 minute walk.

We stayed here in March of 2026 for Ironman Oceanside! This place was amazing and located perfectly between Encinitas, Carlsbad, La Jolla, etc. Very clean and LARGE beds! Only downside of this home is the noisy train BUT it’s worth it for the value!

Amazing property! Beautiful accommodations, extremely comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, incredibly clean, gorgeous ocean view and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again!

Awesome location and views

Nice place, pretty basic but had what we needed, a nice layout, and comfy beds. Highlights were the balcony with wonderful ocean views, and the location - just across from a great beach and easy walk to the great shops and restaurants on the 101.

SD Beach vacation

Best location in Leucadia/Encinitas with Beacon's beach across the street, several very good restaurants suited for any attire within walking distance. Great place for young familites.

It was good. Balanced. Long stairs and great view. Upstairs means no one is making noise upstairs but we are the people upstairs making noise... Great amenities, Easy to find. Good food close by. Beach access is prime.
