In the north-west of Sicily, "La capannina" is a little nice villa (2 apartments for 4 and 3 persons) with a beautiful panorama of the Gulf of Castellamare, and a nice garden, situated in the rocky coast-side, surrounded by a complex of summer-residences. The villa is located near a beautiful little seaside bay (with a private access 100 metres from the villa), not far from Terrasini (5 km), Palermo international airport (10 km), and Palermo city (30 km drive). The houses are comfortably furnished, each with several beds and baths, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, air-conditioned and a beautiful terrace.

Bellissima casa, dotata di una splendida terrazza vista mare. Dotata di tutti i confort.
Ho alloggiato a luglio con il mio compagno e un piccolo cagnolino. Siamo stati benissimo. La casa è dotata anche di una spiaggetta privata, in comune con altre persone, dove è possibile fare il bagno.

"Nous avons passé une sup...
"Nous avons passé une super semaine à 3 dans l''appartement du RDC. La crique privée à proximité est fort sympathique, les propriétaires étaient dans l''appartement du dessus dans très disponibles si besoin. Le logement est un peu exigu pour trois adultes mais parfait pour une petite semaine."
