Emplacement idéal

À deux pas de la plage et trois pas de tours les commodités. Le village du Grau est accessible à pied également. L appartement est simple mais avec les commodités nécessaires et tout à fait propre. Nous avons commencé la semaine à 2 adultes et un 3ème est venu nous rejoindre. Par beau temps pas de soucis, mais cest un appartement plutôt fait pour un couple et des enfants

Pas tres adapté pour personnes à mobilité reduite.marches escaniers.

Literie tres basse. Peu de place. Nous etions 2 adultes heureusement pas 5 alors qu'il y a 5 places couchage. Les pièces ne sont pas droites et la terrasse de forme triangulaire peu pratique.

Location bruyante

Location proche des commerces (c'est un avantage) mais bcp de passage se situant dans l'angle du bâtiment, bruyante, surtout en soirée à partir de 19h c'est la boite de nuit (boum boum) tous les soirs jusqu'à 23 h.env. Impossible de se concentrer sur un film ou un livre..ça prend la tête. Tout est en hauteur, à 2 mètres, la vaisselle (verres, mugs,tasses, pichet,etc..micro-ondes avec une ouverture où il faut tirer fortement d'une main et tenir le micro-ondes de l'autre main pour éviter qu'il avance de l'étagère tout en étant sur un marche pied à 2 marches pour y accéder..pas sécure et pénible...idem pour la vaisselle... Literie très très moyenne..matelas mou et housse en papier qui fait plein de plis, très inconfortable. La clé de la location à renvoyer OBLIGATOIREMENT en RAR, alors que le propriétaire l'envoie en suivi..pas mentionné sur l'annonce et pas de possibilité de rétractation puisque la location n'est pas remboursable. Rappel à plusieurs reprises de la responsabilité de cette clé au cas où elle serait perdue, la facture serait prise sur la caution. Merci pour la pression avant les vacances...j'avais bien compris dès la première fois au tel.. Ça serait bien que ça soit mentionné sur l'annonce où que l'on puisse annuler la location et être remboursé de l'acompte, si cette histoire de clé ne convient pas. Pas d'état des lieux non plus...(à nos risques et périls). Je n'y retournerai pas.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au grau du roi. Logement très bien situé toutes commodités à pieds, en bord de mer. Les enfants ont pu faire de multiples activités, la mer se trouve à quelques pas... Le propriétaire est très agréable, très organisé rien est laissé au hasard ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Christelle

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet appartement tout confort. A proximité de la plage, du centre commercial et du port, nous n'avons pas repris notre voiture durant tout notre séjour. C'est exactement les vacances que nous recherchions ! Le propriétaire a été très a l’écoute et réactif lors de notre arrivée avant l'heure prévue. Encore un grand merci. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances dans cet appartement bien équipé. Ce qui est aprécaible c’est que cet appartement est situé au pied des pistes cyclable avec vue sur la mer et à proximité du port de Plaisance. Nous avons pu y faire de belles balades en Vélo sous le soleil du mois de Mars. Balade en Cheval en bordure de Grandes Plages. Michael Bonnamain qui est très sympatique sera vous donner toutes les précisions que vous pourriez désirer.

Très bel emplacement à 50 métres de la plage La vue donne face à la Grande Motte Les commerçants sont à proximité L'appartement génial propre et pratique avec une jolie terrasse tout y est parfait Et surtout un propriétaire à l'écoute si il y a un probléme Je recommande cette location tout est positif et surtout l'emplacement une merveille

agréable séjour

Appartement pas très grand mais fonctionnel, plutôt pour deux personnes ne désirant pas trop cuisiner ce qui était notre cas , restos et commerces tout près ! Très bien situé : mer à deux pas ! et centre très accessible à pied . Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas ensoleillée à cette époque car l'appart était encore un peu frais ! j'image qu'en plein été cela doit être très appréciable ! Merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son accessibilité .
