Little Ibizan gem. Perfect relaxing getaway

From the moment we met Luisa we knew it was going to be a great experience. The drive up to the property on windy mountain like roads to be greeted by a massive iron gate, which, once opened became paradise. With a beautiful large outdoor pool with views of green mountains for miles, the quaint rustic villa sits pretty behind with several sun beds and outdoor table/chairs. Once inside the villa itself, you’re greeted by a lovely wooden table in the lounge with a large clean bathroom, a big well equipped kitchen and 3 perfectly sized bedrooms. The air conditioning worked very well and each room was provided with its own fan. We were 7 adults and the space was perfect. You will definitely need to hire a car because you are completely secluded with no neighbours. I would 100% recommend this villa and will definitely be staying again.

Sehr schönes Haus zum Entspannen - Wir würden wiederkommen

Das Haus hat mehrere Schlafzimmer, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist ein Traum. Das ganze Grundstück ist mit alten Obstbäumen bepflanzt und es ist ruhig. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wiederkommen. Auch die Kommunikation und Übergabe des Schlüssels lief problemlos.

Holiday at Can Mestreso

This was an wonderful holiday villa for us and we greatly enjoyed the rural atmosphere. The best feature is the pool area which has sunbathing opportunities throughout the day. There is a spacious feel to the gardens which are bordered by dry stone walls and the plot is very private and peaceful. We had plenty of room to spread out inside the villa and there is a very well supplied kitchen and dining area. The old world charm is in abundance and there are lovely lemon trees nearby for you to enjoy with the local Ibiza produce. We also found this to be an excellent location for local shops, restaurants and trips. The Can Carune restaurant and bar comes highly recommended and a visit to the Hippy Market in Es Cana is an absolute must. We look forward to returning again in the foreseeable future.

Fantastisch rustig huis met heerlijk zwembad!

Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust. Het huis ligt mooi afgelegen in de heuvels, waardoor je geen geluiden hoort van buitenaf. Het zwembad is groot en het water is heerlijk. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en de bedden slapen heerlijk! Wij komen zeker in de toekomst hier weer! Echt een aanrader als je de relaxte sfeer van Ibiza wil ervaren!

Brilliant villa, perfect place for a get away

Well what a wonderful place to stay!! Luisa made the booking so easy and stayed in contact up to the point of the holiday telling us where our friends wedding. The villa itself is brilliant everything you need for a get away, naturally spent most of the time outside by the pool which is a good size and very social. BBQ nearly every night and when it got a bit chilly just headed indoors to relax. Will be back there next year! Thank you Luisa

gorgeous villa situated in north

Beautiful villa with more space and pool area than pictures suggested! Couldn't praise it enough and for a first time..plan to go back with more family to same villa! Close to bar/restaurant/shop and yet set in rural peaceful locatoon in the north part of island. Could home 6+ family and my kids loved it. Surrounded in oranger and lime trees and all WiFi and utensils all used with bbq nights. Practical rustic villa with amazing views from pool. Very clean and owner very helpful. A must use for first timer or family wanting to relax..been the most chilled time for us as parents to young kids!! Loved it 😊😊😆

Ruhige Lage und ordentliches Haus

Mein Mann und ich hatten hier einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig an einer kleinen unbefestigten Straße. Schöne Strände in der Nähe. Wir haben den Pool und die abgeschiedene Lage besonders genossen. Das Haus ist gut und einfach ausgestattet. TV nur in spanisch. WLAN im Haus funktioniert. Die Eigentümerin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Séjour 1 semaine

Nous avons passés 6 nuits dans la maison de Luisa. Nous nous attendions pas forcément à un logement aussi sommaire en arrivant mais la maison a du charme. Elle est surtout située dans une partie de l'ile calme et proche de belles plages (les plus belles a mon sens). Louisa est très sympathique et répond vite au téléphone, l'entreprise de "nettoyage" qui gère la maison est aussi très disponible. Par contre, la propreté de la maison n'était pas impeccable. Il manque aussi beaucoup de commodités: peu de transats et aucun coussins dessus, une chaise et un transat cassés quand nous sommes arrivés, aucune lumière en extérieur (pas très pratique pour les diners dehors), le ballon d'eau chaude fuyait et plusieurs ampoules étaient cassées. Par ailleurs pas de petits "gestes" à l'intérieur: pas de savons, pas de condiments pour la cuisine et aucune explication ou conseils de visites ou restaurants à faire aux alentours. Nous avons quand même apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison qui reste très agréable, si ces petits détails sont corrigés j'y retournerais volontiers !

De la limpieza y mantenimiento de la casa se encarga una de las empresas mejor reputadas de Ibiza, la cual corrige cualquier inconveniente cuando realiza la limpieza o cuando los clientes nos lo comunican, que no suelen pasar mas de 24 horas hasta que cualquier incidencia es reparada o solucionada. Todas las incidencias detectadas fueron solucionadas cuando tuvimos conocimiento de ellas, como sucede habitualmente.

Traumhaus mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus liegt wunderschön im Landesinneren und hat einen wunderbaren Pool. Es ist idyllisch und ruhig gelegen und könnte mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail zu einem wahren Kleinod werden. Während unseres zehntägigen Aufenthaltes wurde das Poolwasser immer grüner (Algen?), was das Badevergnügen etwas trübte. Nach einigen Tagen leckte der Abfluß des Waschbeckens im Bad, was trotz Information der Vermieter bis zu unserer Abreise nicht behoben wurde. Die Küchenausstattung ist in Ordnung, wirkt etwas zusammengewürfelt. Einige hilfreiche Informationen zu Mietbeginn (Supermärkte in der Umgebung, nächste Strände, usw.) wären von Vorteil. Es gibt 7 Schlafplätze verteilt auf 3 Schlafzimmer (3 Doppelbetten, 1 Zimmer mit zusätzlichem Einzelbett).

Das landliche Paradies!

Urlaub auf dem Lande. Wer auf absolute Ruhe (ausser derHühner, Hähne, Gäse, Pfauen & Co.) steht, ist hier genau richtig. Wunderschön an der Wald und Bergkante gelegen. Den ganzen Tag Sonne auf dem Grundstück. Wirklich schön und sehr erholsam. Supermarkt und Restaurant fussläufig zu erreichen. Für andere Aktivitäten ist ein Auto nötig. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Fernsehen gibt es nur in Spanisch. WLAN/WiFi Verbindung wahrscheinlich über eine Mobile Verbindung, die nach zwei Tagen sehr langsam wird.
