This home is spacious and clean and will make your vacation plans a breeze from this central location. Many families, groups of friends, reunions, wedding parties, boat racing teams and vacationers have enjoyed their stay in our home!
This charming, immaculate and renovated home on the tip of the Eastport peninsula is directly across from Horn Point Harbor Marina and can be packaged with a slip for up to 110 foot boat.
Walk to downtown Historic District or Naval Academy ~ Plenty of off street parking available, and lots of space for entertaining with a beautiful front porch, a large, fully fenced back yard or enjoy the marina property directly across the street.
We are certain you will enjoy your stay !
This home easily sleeps eight people and can accommodate many more for a get-together. Very nicely appointed and comfortable with Annapolis Charm.

Back available again is our 13' Boston Whaler ~~ Enjoy a trip up the creek during your stay!
And we now have EV charging available as well !

Lovely house, great fenced yard for dog, comfortable but not too fancy furnishings. Location is perfect—across street from marina where there is a coffee trailer-Oscar’s, can walk into Annapolis (we drove due to heatwave). Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location Downtown Annapolis

Great location and parking. Across the street from shops and cafes, and a 5 minute walk to the main restaurants in Eastport, 10 minute walk to the Spa Creek Bridge. Nice sized backyard. Had a lot of supplies. Exterior could use a little love but the interior was nice clean and stayed cool once we figured out the thermostat.

Great Location Great Coffee - Easy USNA Acces

Eastport is a very enjoyable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, fun neighborhood bars and don't miss Oscar's coffee directly across from this house at the boat docks. Walk to DTA is only 3/4 mile and one more click to the Yard at USNA. Owner was very responsive and even fixed a small sink drain issue quickly with no interruption to our stay. Great place for the family to hangout in the backyard or on the wide front porch.

Beautiful house

Older (think historic) house. Beautifully appointed. The little coffee shop (trailer) across the street by the water is excellent (With good bagels too). Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We were there for a wedding and it was perfect for us.
