Disappointing

The location is nice and quiet and the swimming pool is great but the accommodation was disappointing. It was not very clean and it felt like it hadn't been used for ages. It smelled musty and a lot of the furniture and equipment is old and worn. Also many of the cupboards are full of stuff so there is no where to store anything. It would have been helpful if the listing said more clearly that linen and towels are not included.

The check-in experience was very friendly. The house is in a great location between the city center and the beach. The pool was quite cold but nice.The house itself is rather small, with rooms spread over two floors. The furnishings are basic, quite old, and worn. The children's beds were good, but the double bed felt cheap.The kitchen items were heavily used and grimy – a thorough cleaning is needed.The toilet is on the ground floor, and the staircase is narrow and steep. The house is very poorly soundproofed. The barbecue was unusable.Overall, the price-performance ratio does not match expectations.

Parfait pour une famille

Location parfaite pour une famille avec tout le nécessaire. Localisation très bonne avec une place de parking devant la maison, piscine dans le hameaux, depot de pain et viennoiserie le matin en été. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super séjour à batz !

Logement parfait, fonctionnel, très agréable ! Très bonne localisation à côté des plages et des commerces. Par contre pour les hommes prévoyez un maillot de bain pour la piscine (pas de short).

Très bonne location

Très bonne location, avec une localisation parfaite pour aller au bourg et/ou aux différentes plages á pied. La maison est très bien équipée et la propriétaire charmante. Seul défaut cette année, la piscine n'était pas chauffée. Mais le soleil aidant, nous avons pu nous y baigner. La résidence est très calme, très agréable.

Location très bien située. Le bourg est à deux pas. Le bord de mer accessible en 5 mn à pieds. Les pistes cyclables sont proches. La cour permet de stocker les vélos, en toute sécurité. Location bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le coin est magnifique ... A refaire !

Nous avons séjourné cet hiver et avons été déçues. L'hygiène n'est pas au rdv, salle de bain et chambres. la moquette dans les chambres n'était pas propre et est sûrement d'origine... La propriétaire n'est pas très avenante, elle n'a pas respecté notre accord et a encaissé le chèque de caution... Malheureusement ça a été un peu conflictuelle

"Nous avons passez un trè...

"Nous avons passez un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. L''équipement est fonctionnel et totalement adapté pour des vacances. La terrasse est très agréable avec un jardin privatif de bonne taille. La situation est très calme, la route est suffisamment éloignée, et le trafic est très faible donc aucune nuisance sonore. La piscine est très agréable, bien entretenue et jamais bondée de monde. La ville est charmante, avec bien des possibilités de visite aux alentours. La plage est très proche, env. 5 min à vélo. Bref je ne peux que recommander cette location pour une famille ou des amis qui veulent profiter de calme et de plaisirs balnéaires."

"Petite maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée (manque simplement un micro ondes), piscine très agréable (peu de personne au moment de la location), situation appréciée entre mer et commerces, environnement calme, village super agréable (à conseiller la crêperie, proche de l'église St Guénolé), région agréable pour le repos et le tourisme. Bémol sur le ménage à notre arrivée (mais nous étions les 1ers locataires de la saison et on avait réservé 3 jours avant notre arrivée : peu de temps pour la propriétaire de faire le grand ménage de printemps ...)"
