OPEN SUD building is just in the Golf, and only 500 meters from the beach, in a calm quarter next to the shopping, pharmacy, bars and restaurants, and many other services. From the terrace you will see the Golf and the swimming-pool, ant the apartment is sunny and full equiped. We have only one kilometer to the Natural Parc of 'La Courant d'Huchet', famous for the forest along the courant (river) that is born in the delta of lac Leon. We have private parking. You can order Bed linen and toewls with a little surtaxe.

Next to the golf and the beach, and only 1 km. from the parc Naturel of 'La Courant d'Huchet' and the lac of Leon. In summer you will find many services in the surroundings; in winter maybe you must go to the village (1,5 kms.)

Is voor mij geen perfecte 10. Uren van aankomst en vertrek werden veranderd door eigenaar, geen handdoeken en beddengoed niet beschikbaar bij aankomst . Weinig kastruimte, alleen rekje in slaapkamer. Voelt soms beetje ouderwets aan. Ligging wel goed. Zwembad heel proper. Leuk stadje om te verblijven.

"Tres bon sejour dans un bel appartement tres bien equipé.Pas de soucis pour les draps et linge de toilette ,il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Bien placé car sur un coté pas de nuisances par rapport à la piscine.Résidence globalement super calme. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Si vous avez des questions Monsieur V. est super dispo."

"Appartement superbe dans...

"Appartement superbe dans une résidence calme et agréable. La piscine est superbe et entourée de verdure, c'est paradisiaque ! Bien que l'appartement nous ait été loué après une année d'inutilisation (odeur de renfermé le premier jour dû a un défaut d'aération). Je recommande cette location et son propriétaire, Joseba V. qui est très sympathique. L'équipement est complet et nous avons apprécié la présence des lave-linge et lave-vaisselle. On a hâte d'y retourner !"
