The openness of the first floor and the retreat area with gas fireplace in the master bedroom will help you relax after you enjoy your days with all the outdoor adventures Colorado Springs has to offer its visitors.
Two-story, beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 bath, located in school D20.
This property was the first house I bought after living and working in the City of Colorado Springs for 3 and 1/2 years. It is a pet free, smoke free and shoe-free environment. I had bought this property for it to be my primary resident. However, I ended up traveling a bit more than I had planned, so I decided to turn it into a beautiful vacation/corporate rental for travelers who come to Colorado for vacation or for those executives who are in town for short and long term assignments. It can also be rented as corporate/executive rental. Please take care of it as if it is your own home that you are willing to take good care of. I open my house to you and I hope that you take care of my house so that it continues to provide a roof over our head on those nice weather days as well as on those not-so-nice weather days. I will be checking the guests in and the guests are encouraged to text and/or call any time they have a question.

The property is located 15 minutes from the favorite tourist place for Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods. The house is within 5 miles radius from a few grocery stores (Kingsooper, Albertsons, Natural Grocers/Whole Food, Target and Walmart) and major hospitals. It is within 5 miles radius of a few major shopping centers (Briargate Promenade shopping center and Chapel Hills mall). It is a few miles away from the Air Force Academy. It is within reasonable distances from a few Air Force Bases (Peterson, Schriever, and Cheyenne Mountain). It is located 1 mile from major highway, I-25.
Of course, there are other things to do and skiing is one of the activities. Living here for many years but I have not done any skiing myself. However, I have friends who would be driving to Copper Mountain and other neighboring ski resorts as day trips. There are also hiking trails in Colorado Springs and they are only short driving distance. The house is also pretty close to Manitou Springs if you want to stay here and take a day trip down there to enjoy what this part of Colorado has to offer.
Cripple Creek casino is about 60-75 minutes away.
The property has easy access to the major highway (I-25).

We stayed here for a family wedding. The house was perfectly located, warm and welcoming. Linh met us at the house and showed us around. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning before heading off to wedding festivities. Lovely home would absolutely rent it again.

Great home close to family

This is a repeat stay, and the house was just as perfect as when we stayed the first time. Linh is gracious and welcoming, and every detail is taken care of. She is quick to respond, and makes us feel like it is our own home. The bedrooms were perfect for the kids, and the living room and dining room were a great haven to retreat to when we were exhausted from all the travel and family time. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place!

I was in town for a lacrosse tournament with my husband and two high-schoolers. I selected Linh’s place for the location and space. It was exactly as described, very clean, well-equipped, and in a great central location to where we needed to be. Linh was extremely welcoming and communicative. I would highly recommend.

We had a great time in Colorado and that was in part due to Linh's house. It was very cozy and comfortable for myself and 4 teenagers. It was located in a great area as well with shopping nearby. Visiting son at USAFA

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This property was perfect for visiting our son at the Air Force Academy. The rooms were comfortable, everything we needed was provided for in the kitchen and the neighborhood was quiet. Our host was delightful and super helpful in answer questions. Just what we needed

We enjoyed our stay in the house, it had just what we needed, and was close to our family who we were visiting. Very clean, and very nice furnishings. Linh went out of her way to accommodate our late arrival from the airport. The WiFi worked perfectly for our remote workdays, and the house stayed cool. We were able to walk to the local coffee shop, and get around very easily from this great location. Thanks, Linh, for being such a great host!

What makes this property unique

The house is conveniently located near Air Force Academy, which makes it a perfect place for those AFA-related events. It has very easy access to I-25, which is the major highway to get to any other cities in CO. It has whole food and sprouts stores within short driving distances. Your home away from home is furnished with full kitchen appliances and cookwares. However, there are quite a few restaurants around the area for those days where you do not feel like cooking during your stay. It is also conveniently located near areas like Garden of the Gods as well as some nice trails near Monument. You can take your pick on the activities you choose to do for the day after getting up from a good night of sleep on those comfortable memory foam beds (2 out of three beds are furnished with memory foam mattresses). It is located 30 miles from Castle Rock, which has an outlet mall for those who like to shop. But Colorado Springs also has a few malls within the 5-10 miles distances. Apart from all that, your home away from home is located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Even though garage is not part of the rented space, you do have two generous parking spots on the driveway, so parking is not an issue.
