BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND JACUZZI, IN NERJA

This lovely rural villa is situated on a plot of 700m2 and just 1.5 kilometres from the beaches of Nerja. Its landscaped gardens offer views to both the sea and the mountains. The villa is equipped for a maximum of six people and has three bedrooms, each with hot and cold air conditioning units. There are two family size bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances. The lounge-dining room provides comfortable accommodation and also has hot & cold air conditioning. The television has many English speaking channels. The fireplace also provides heating to all the rooms within the property as well as the air-conditioning in the bedrooms making it an ideal choice in the cooler months of the year. Externally the villa boasts a good sized, heated*, private swimming pool (8,5 x 4 m) with an incorporated Jacuzzi of 2.2m in diameter. The gardens are meticulously kept and the lawns are a welcome advantage for families with small children. Six sun loungers are provided, covered porch area with table and chairs, BBQ area and private parking.
* The swimming pool is heated from the period 15th September to 15th June (from November 2017)

Amazing villa

We stayed in Villa Angelyn for the middle two weeks of August with my parents and our 3 children. The villa was perfect for the 7 of us, equipped with everything you'd need and a lot more too. There was even plastic plates and cutlery for the children. The villa is decorated to a high standard and was fantastically clean. The grounds are amazing, very private and our whole family were able to relax in a beautiful, safe environment. The weather was very warm so the pool and jacuzzi were a welcome relief. The location is rural so a car is essential. Overall we had a fab family holiday in this villa, our dealings with Caroline and Jose-Miguel were easy and stress free and I would highly recommend it.

Au delà de nos attentes : la maison est très propre, les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets, le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques, le mobilier est de qualité, tout est prévu pour qu'on se sente bien. L'autoroute est très poche mais ça ne gêne pas plus que ça, les bruits qui parviennent jusqu'à la maison sont acceptables. La voiture est indispensable pour arriver jusqu'à la maison et la route est surprenante, mais ça fait partie du charme. Très bon séjour... à recommander sans hésitation.

Clientes muy agradables y simpático pero en referencia lo de las camas, he de decir que esa es una opinión muy, muy personal, por que se puede poner un colchón de calidad superior, que siempre habrá alguna persona que se sienta incómoda durmiendo en él, pero para otras personas es super comodísimo. De hecho me remito a que de las 21 evaluaciones que tiene la casa, solo esta, la de este señor, dice algo referente a la incomodidad de las camas

Propriétaires sympathiques, très discrets et serviables, que ce soit les demandes d''infos quand on loue au départ par mail avec des précisions et à l''arrivée où l''accueil est agréable. Villa très propre à 5mns de tous commerces et restaurants pas chers assiettes énormes... (véhicule nécessaire, accès aux maisons par petites routes pentues). Calme assuré + vue exceptionnelle. NERJA et ses environs:très beau...nous y étions mi-mai les habitants locaux sont agréables et pas "speed" (avons déconnecté pour 1 semaine:avion + voiture location idéal aucun problème à 3 couples assez d''espace dans la villa). Sud Espagne prévoir langue espagnole ou anglais (français très peu parlé ou prévoir un dico pour les non initiés......) Rien à redire vacances parfaites. "Villa is perfectly equipped for 6 guests. Two bathrooms are enough even for 5 women. Very clean and quite. The location is good but not in immediate proximity to anything, a little bit far from the beach. But for us it was not a problem, because we had a car during all stay. The garden and view are fantastic."

"Séjour parfait, Villa conforme aux photos du site. Propriétaires sympathiques et discrets. Prestations exceptionnelles avec notamment une piscine magnifique dans un environnement calme. L''accès à la villa necessite cependant l''usage obligatoire d''un véhicule (2 km de Nerja). Sans être isolée, la villa est excentrée de la ville. Idéale pour profiter des avantages de la station balnéaire à l''écart de la foule. A fréquenter sans aucune hésitation. Pour une première location avec Homelidays, très grande satisfaction. "We stayed in Villa Angel...

"We stayed in Villa Angelyn for 13 fabulous sunny days. We were a family of 5 adults and the size of the Villa was more than adequate. The views were absolutely fabulous particularly at night when all the lights came on. I cannot fault the Villa in any way as it was clean, spacious, plenty of utensils, great sized kitchen to cook in. The only fault I would have would be the track to it, but having said that, Caroline and Jose provided us with the number of a taxi in order that we could go out at night time for something to eat and not have to take the car. Both Caroline and Jose were very helpful and professional in their capacity as owners, they greeted you on your arrival, gave us their mobile number in case we needed anything and then left you to enjoy your holiday. Thank you again Caroline for the bubbly."

"Villa magnifique, piscine superbe avec jaccuzi. Tout est très fonctionnel. Propriétaire très sérieux. Pour que les vacances soient vraiment parfaites, il manque une connexion wifi ou ADSL, des bols pour le petit déjeuner, une corbeille pour linge sale, et il serait préférable que le ménage soit effectué 2 fois par semaine et non une (car on ne dispose pas d''équipement type aspirateur etc. dans la villa). Sinon que du bonheur, très belle région, la ville de Nerja est superbe avec beaucoup de resto, divertissements, petit souk... Je recommande les yeux fermés."
