Séjour une semaine valras plages

Petit appartement pieds dans l'eau,idéal pour la baignade,belle vue sur la mer...petit bémol,pas de balcon et centre animé à 2 kilomètres, prévoir poussette pour jeunes enfants...sinon propriétaire sympathique et accueillante!nous recommandons cette location sans souci,autre point positif stationnement individuel et sécurisé car à valras tout est payant

Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ist die Wohnung leider zu klein und es gibt keine Schränke auch Haken zum aufhängen oder zum trocknen sucht man vergeblich. So lebt man die ganze Zeit aus dem Koffer. Kein w-lan ist in der heutigen Zeit auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß , dazu kommt kein oder nur ganz selten Handyempfang (Internet). Dazu kommt kein deutsch oder englisch sprachiger Sender im TV, auch das sollte in der heutigen Zeit kein Hexenwerk mehr sein. Handtücher und Wäsche trocknen gar nicht, da eben kaum Platz, man kann aber für 1,50 € im Waschsaloon trocknen. Es riecht immer nach Essen in der Wohnung(nicht extrem unangenehm aber störend) da diverse Gaststätten direkt unter der Wohnung sind. Keine Klimaanlage gerade zu extrem warmen Momenten (ab 33 Grad) ist auch in so südlichen Gefilden eher untypisch. Ausstattung und der Zustand der der Wohnung ist ok. Die Lage ist einzigartig und entschädigt für einiges. So bekommt unser Urlaub 4,5 von 5 Sternen , die Unterkunft leider nur 2,5 .

Super Lage

Das Apartment liegt ideal direkt am gepflegten Sandstrand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Es ist kein Balkon vorhanden. Aber man kann die großen Fenster weit öffnen. Zum Trocknen der Handtücher gibt es einen kleinen Wäscheständer. Aber sinnvoller ist es, einfach genug Handtücher mitzunehmen. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, zwei Kochplatten, einen kleinen Backofen und eine Spülmaschine. Im Eingangsflur steht ein Etagenbett (zwei Betten ca 180x70cm, weiche Matratzen ). Außerdem gibt es noch zwei Schlafsofas (ca 190x140cm, weiche Matratzen) im Wohn-/Esszimmer. Dort ist auch die offene Küche mit Esstheke. Das Bad ist groß genug -dort steht auch die Waschmaschine-. Das Apartment ist ca 20 Gehminuten vom Ortskern/Hafen entfernt. Dort findet zweimal wöchentlich ein Markt statt. Mit dem Auto ist man in knapp 10 Minuten bei Lidl, Aldi und Carrefour. Die Preise dort sind gut. Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben den Aufenthalt (auch aufgrund der Lage) sehr genossen.

"Appartement tres bien éq...

"Appartement tres bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, bip portail electrique avec place de parking...) proche des commerces (en dessous restaurant, boucher, superette). Mer à 50 metres! Tres propre et calme. Il est idéal pour passer d'excellentes vacances!! Proprietaire tres accueillant et discret... A RECOMMANDER ABSOLUMENT... merci encore et à l'année prochaine! "
