Cozy attic of 75 sq. metres with a modern laboratory kitchen, a living room, a large dining room overlooking the Gulf of Orosei. The apartment is a hidden pearl !! Climb the outdoor wooden stairs and you'll be enchanted by the spectacular views of the bay and mountains.
Flat includes 1 master bedroom furnished in modern style, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Each room has a closet with clothes hangers.
** Maximum occupancy = 4 adults
Possibility of air conditioners (separate price): Air conditioner at € 10 per day to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Wood floors. Animals are not allowed. No smoking.
The apartment is located in a non refurbished (exterior)building.
The kitchen has oven, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine.
Plates, glasses, cutlery,pots and pans are included.
* The fireplace is decorative- not working. *

 10 minute walk from the sea (port and Lungomare Palmasera), 2 minute walk from the bakery, 2 minute drive to supermarket.
Beaches: 15 minutes walk from Palmasera, Sos Dorroles and central beach.
By car (5 minutes) from Cala Ziu Martine, Cala Fiuli.
TO NOTE: Cala Gonone is a small village of 1700 inhabitants. In the summer this number quadruples. The neighborhood (including the dogs!) population and traffic increase. Traffic noise, population, dogs can be heard with open windows.

We loved our stay in this beautiful Cala Gonone apartment - it was very spacious, bright and clean. The views from the dining room are superb, and the apartment is a short 10-minute walk to the waterfront, where all the action is. Antoinette was a great and very responsive host. We highly recommend!

Amazing view and stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Antonetta’s house, everything was as described, the host was very responsive, her husband even landed me his guitar for the time i was there, it was very thoughtful. Overall i would definitely recommend, lot’s of great places to explore from driving distance

Nice place in Cala gonone

Great host, met us at apartment upon arrival and gave us great info of area. We found it a short walk to beach, grocery and water. Visiting in Aug we thought maybe we could live without AC. That lasted 2hr lol. Well equipped kitchen for 4. Nice stay overall.

Amazing view and lovely host

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment overlooking the whole coast. Tonia was a perfect host - friendly, reliable and extremely helpful with recommendations. Cala Gonone is a great place for holidays with lots to see, eat and do especially in the evenings when the street along the coast becomes a promenade. The coastline is exceptional and boat trip is a must. It´s a 10 minute walk down the hill to the seafront, so we would recommend it for people who have no walking disabilities.

Great place

We had a great time in Antonietta's apartment! Antonietta is a great host - she gave us lots of tips on things to do and where to eat, check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The apartment offered everything we needed and the view is indeed amazing! Everything was very clean and we could park just outside on the street which was very convenient. Only the bed was not for us, we found it a bit too bouncy for complete comfort. Nevertheless, we would recommend staying here if you come to Cala Gonone!

We had two great weeks in Tonias and Gianlucas apartment situated in the higher parts of Cala Gone with a great view over the village and the sea. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook dinner at home. Close to everything you need for both adventures and relaxing, the beaches, the restaurants, the supermercados etc. Fantastic nature with morning walks along the coast and we praise the aircondition during the heatwave 👍😅 Familjen Kronvall from Sweden.

Truly an Amazing View

We stayed in Tonia’s condo for 18 days. We loved having our morning coffee or evening wine by the dining room window/doors. The view of the sea is indeed amazing and lovely, especially at sunrise. Tonia was full of ideas and suggestions and we found it easy to find our way around. It is only a 15 min walk to downtown/port where everything is available. A short drive back up the mountain brings you to Dorgali, which has restaurants and groceries stores (found the MD discount groceries towards end of stay with great prices) The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine and a balcony clothesline and was in a nice mostly quiet neighbourhood, at least at end of season. (We were there in October so while much less people, we also found it hard to find places open at previously posted hours.) We had some lovely days sitting on the gravelly beach and got into the water a few times. A boat ride from the port took us to the Beu Marino Grotta which is pretty amazing, as well as to three beaches where we stayed an hour on each one - they are not approachable by car). Renting a car is a must to go anywhere except CG, and even walking, the climb back up the hill in town was sometimes hard on my 70 year old legs. The hairpin turns on the roads are not for the faint of heart , as we drove to Orgosolo (with all the wonderful murals) and Nuoro which has an amazing museum at the top of a mountain. The apartment was great, and so was Tonia. A good place to relax in October.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Antoinette sehr genossen! Antoinette ist eine unglaublich herzliche, hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und sich wirklich um alles gekümmert hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar kleine Extras wie Gewürze und einen Föhn, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.Das absolute Highlight ist der Ausblick vom Esszimmer – einfach traumhaft! Heerlijk heerlijk heerlijk! Mooi appartement met fantastisch uitzicht in een gezellig stadje.Restaurants, cafés, heerlijke ijsjes...Doen: snorkelen, scooters huren en naar de (druipsteen) grotten in Ispinigoli rijden; de binnenweggetjes bij Dorgali hebben adembenemende uitzichten. Orgosolo is een dorpje met prachtige muurschilderingen.Niet doen: naar Nuoro, wat een lelijke en saaie stad.En natuurlijk een Nuraghe bekijken.Genoeg te doen in de omgeving, niet het hele eiland proberen te bekijken want dat lukt toch niet.

Wunderschöne Aufenthalt auf Sardinien!Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und genauso wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Besonders hervorzuheben möchten wir die freundliche und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, die trotz unserer Flugverspätung sehr flexibel reagiert haben und uns einen kontaktlosen Check in ermöglichen – das war sehr unkompliziert und stressfrei. die gesamte Zeit war der Kontakt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Klimaanlagen, die etwas schwach sind und sich nicht in den Schlafzimmern befinden. Man sollte sich daher auf etwas wärmere Nächte einstellen. Trotzdem hat und hat das unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt, denn die Wohnung bietet insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente und einen tollen Lage. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine au mois de septembre. Le logement est très agréable. La vue sur la mer est très appréciable. Le lit double est un lit Queen Size (160 cm). Le stationnement dans la rue a été facile. Antonietta donne beaucoup de conseils sur la vie à Cala Gonone et laisse à disposition un classeur où l'on peut retrouver les informations : commerces et restaurants de la ville, repas en Agriturismo (que nous avons très apprécié), plages, excursions en bateaux ... A noter que comme dans toute la Sardaigne il n'est pas recommandé de boire l'eau du robinet. A Cala Gonone (près de l'Office de Tourisme), il y a un distributeur d'eau potable et nous avons trouvé cela très bien. Prix 7 centimes le litre. Venir avec ses bouteilles vides et avec des pièces de monnaie. Nous recommandons le logement d'Antonietta. Elle pourra vous y accueillir en italien, en anglais ou en français.

Die Wohnung passt gut für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wenn man wie wir nur zu zweit ist, hat man natürlich viel Platz. Tolle Aussicht, nette Vermieterin und in wenigen Minuten kann man alles erreichen. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Hafen, Strand, Felsen.

Beautiful Experience!!

We were met by the host in the apartment. The host kindly gave us all information we need on what to do in the surrounding areas. Even prepared a guidebook for us on what to do, it helped a lot. The apartment was very beautiful and clean, with stunning views. We rented a car so we were able to do a day-trips. I would highly recommend to come to this place! you will have the most beautiful experience there, it's hard to put it into words. You have to be there and experience it! Hope to be back soon

Komfortable Ferienwohnung mit phantastischer Aussicht, nette Gastgeberin

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser geräumigen und komfortablen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut mit komplett eingerichteter Küche. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut abdunkeln und haben bequeme Betten. Grandios ist die Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer, den Ort und die umliegenden Berge. Antoinette ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wenn Cala Gonone, dann in dieser Wohnung!
