Very clean, great location! Surroundings felt safe. House is comfortable. The listing is confusing on bedrooms - 1st floor- queen bed attached bath but also living room access to bathroom 2nd floor- 2 queen bedrooms, 1 king bedroom all with bathrooms 3rd floor- 3 ottomans with pull out beds, one bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks

It was a big house and accommodated our large party. Close to Broadway! Nice deck on back. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms! Would reccomend!

Came here with a group of friends (10) total. Plenty of Space to hang, lots of sleeping options and under a 10 min Uber to downtown Nashville. Great place would recommend. Host is easy to work with

A great time in music city

Great house. Pretty close to broadway. Plenty room for everyone. The owner was awesome with communication and allowing us early entry and late leave. Highly recommend.

Booked this house later than we liked due to our original accomodations being cancelled on us last minute. I'm sure this was a very nice property when it first became a rental. At this point it could use a refurb. We were a group of 14 in town for men's league hockey tourney. As such, this met our needs, but I could see others being somewhat disappointed. Had to search for sheets for the upstairs fold-out beds (they were not folded, and we questioned their cleanliness). A couple of mattresses could also stand to be replaced. A toilet was constantly running/wouldn't fill. Upstairs wet bar was clogged/wouldn't drain. The dishwasher wasn't properly mounted/flopped out each time we tried to load. Couldn't use the ping pong table as it appears its about to collapse. Grill out front is basically trash, no bottom. Had inquired ahead of time, owner indicated he was going to get a replacement (that didn't happen). Also had to reset a breaker at one point. Communicated all of these issues via the app, but just got the standard "thanks for bringing this to our attention....we'll communicate to our team" message from the management company. On the positive side, check in/out was a breeze, plenty of parking for our 5 cars, and they let us in an hour early with no additional charge. Location is great, quick Waymo to Broadway. If you're just a big group not spending much time at the house, and you find it at a reasonable price, go for it, just don't expect a deluxe stay.

Great place to stay for UGA - Vandy game

We had 5 couples and 3 teenagers for our stay and it was fabulous. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom while the kids had the upstairs loft. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was well supplied and very clean. We were extremely close to the downtown area and used the cab services to avoid driving and parking.We will be back in two years. Go Dawgs!

Great city - surprise activity

We had a family gather with my children from different parts of the country meeting. We checked in Friday, got settled in @5:00 PM. We’re waiting for the rest of the family to arrival when the attached unit guest knocked on our door @10:00 PM. They told us they got robbed while they were upstairs getting changed. They took purses, keys, and stole 2 cars. Apparently this has happened before according to the guest who were burglarized. They worked with police . We did not see anything but did hear a loud bang. When they stole the cars the apparently they hit part of the building. That put us on guard and was unnerving for the remainder of our stay. I do not know anymore details but it was disturbing to say the least. We had family and grandchildren with us………. that being said the property facilities/house was awesome for our family. Lots of space to gather and eat together. Each family had they’re own bedroom and bathroom. The grandchildren could go to bed and we stayed on the lower level and played games without waking the children. (Bring your own baby monitors). There is lots of kitchen space to cook and for all to gather to pray and eat. The kitchen could be a bit more furnished ie there was no electric skillet or any spatula to turn eggs or pancakes, measuring cups and a few more drinking dinner cups, etc. Minor stuff but nice to have. Also, there was no information sheet on who to contact or procedures for arrival or departure. I am old school not internet savvy. Loved the facility minus the burglary. It is a distance from “everything Nashville “. You must have a car or Uber to get to attractions. We totally enjoyed our family gathering.

Great for big groups

My friends and I had a great time staying at this rental during our time in Nashville! The third story living area was the perfect place for all of us to hangout before going downtown. Ubers were easy to find and not too expensive! I definitely recommend this listing if you’re a big group looking to have a good time during your stay in Nashville!

Great stay

House was great. Our party shrunk a bit from my original booking down to 13. There was beds for everyone and more to spare. Well stocked with towels and other essentials. Communication was good with the owner. A little vague on the check out procedures but we just tidied up and threw a load of towels in the wash. Location was great. Ubers downtown were cheap as we were only a couple miles away. Airport uber was 15-20 minute ride and around $20. Cool game room with ping pong table on the 3rd floor where we spent most of our downtime. Nice kitchen and dining room if you want to prepare your own meals. Not sure about pots and pans and such as we never ate in. Publix was couple miles down the street and a quick mart within walking distance. All in all a perfect setup for us.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOUSE!

While at a concert downtown (which we took an Uber to) our house was broken into. All key fobs were in the house, they stole 3 of our cars, multiple laptops and other valuables. This particular house has been hit at least 3 times that we know of. This is an issue not just for this house but for multiple properties around Nashville! Thieves are very familiar with which homes are vacation homes. Spend the extra money and rent a hotel with added security! Between filing claims, getting rental cars, filing police reports and now dealing with insurance I would gladly pay the extra cost for a hotel with security! BEWARE!

Nice Place But Unfortunate Events

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party last weekend July 29-31. Overall, the house suited our group veery well and was great for a large group. There were plenty of bed arrangements and also tables for games. It was clean and overall a good spot. However, we were enjoying the town and Nashville but unfortunately Saturday night the house was broken into and quite a bit of our stuff was stolen (car keys, laptops, rental cars etc..). It was a very unfortunate end to what otherwise was a great trip. VRBO should require the owner adjust security on the home.

Great for a big group

We had 6- 20 somethings and 8 more "mature" folks. The "youngsters stayed in the penthouse and loved having their own space. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were fantastic. Living room could use more seating. Loved the location. Easy Uber/Lyft rides around town.
