The apartment was clean, comfortable & well equiped. Machno kindly got in some groceries for when we arrived. It is a great location...quiet, safe & good bus connections. Plenty of free parking close by. Recommend.

Beautiful Lake Como Apartment

This apartment was in a wonderful location near the water, restaurants and food shopping. Plenty of parking and convenient to the apartment. The apartment had everything you’d need for cooking, laundry and restful spaces. There was a cute porch with a view of a small chapel, a castle and the lake if you stood close to the railing. This location was so beautiful and restful. A great getaway for a couple!

Very nice, very well-equipped, and an amazingly interesting location in Castle Square. The one complaint -- which kept me from giving five stars --was by the person who slept the first week in the hide-a-bed. She felt it was uncomfortable. but she otherwise was very happy with the apartment..

Beautiful Lakeside Property

Staying at this property was one of the highlights of my trip. The apartment is located in a quiet, non-touristy town that makes you feel like you are living in your own Italian house instead of part of a sea of tourists. The town is also just a short drive to the “golden triangle” of the lake, making it very easy to see some of the villas and nearby cities without having to spend hours on a boat going to and from the city of Como. The host was incredibly helpful in helping with info for our stay, answering any questions we had, and giving us recommendations on things to do. The lake is a short walk away from the apartment, with the most beautiful views during sunrise and sunset. There is a nearby beach, perfect for an afternoon swim to cool off from the warm summer weather. I would gladly stay here again on a future vacation to the Lake Como area.

Absolutely amazing

This property was more than everything I was hoping for. Machno was an incredibly helpful host who's hospitality was perhaps the best I had experienced while using VRBO. He was responsive when I had questions about the property and the beautiful, peaceful town of Rezzonico. The property was clean, private, stocked with supplies, and in an unforgettable location. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed sipping espressos on the beautiful patio that was covered with fragrant jasmine and walking to the nearby lakefront to watch the sunset and fireflies come out. Thank you Machno for the pointers regarding travel around the area and places to eat. I hope to be back soon.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce charmant village tout en pierres, avec un accès facile et rapide au lac (on y est en 5 mn via une petite rue puis un escalier charmant qui longe le château (oui , y a in château médiéval juste à côté !). La commune de Menaggio se trouve à environ 15 en bus , et à partir de là on peut visiter le reste des communes en bus ou à pied pur les plus téméraires ou prendre le ferry pour visiter Bellagio et Varena , deux pépites du lac ! Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et des randonnées intéressantes , il faut prévoir de bonnes chaussures c’est tout

L'appartement a de nombreux atouts : il est très bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, wifi...,), il a une petite terrasse qui donne sur une place très mignonne et on s'y sent bien. De plus, il est facile de stationner à proximité. J'ai eu un coup de coeur pour le village de Rezzonico qui est vraiment charmant avec ses petits chemins, sa promenade en bord du lac et sa plage accessible en seulement cinq minutes à pied. L'appartement n'a pas la climatisation mais il y a un ventilateur. Je conseille fortement ce logement et ce petit village.

Un village plein de charme

Un village plein charme avec ses petites ruelles. Logement cosy, beaucoup d’attention apportée à la fois pour accueillir les clients et pour le confort. Endroit très calme et reposant. J’y reviendrais sûrement…. Et rare sont les endroits où je retourne 2 fois…

Séjour dans une jolie maison rénovée.

Près du chateau, dans un village aux rues pavées , nous avons eu l impression d'être transportés quelques siècles en arrière. La maison nous a apporté beaucoup de confort et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. A recommander vivement !

Schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt und die Wohung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Unser Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in hat problemlos geklappt. Besonders hat uns die Fußbodenheizung gefallen (Reise war im Dezember). Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle und individuelle Einrichtung der Wohnung.

Séjour parfait

Appartement charmant, très bien aménagé et propre, dans un joli village, parfaitement situé pour les visites (Bellagio, Varenna, et d'autres magnifiques villages bordant le lac de Côme). La région est sublime, nous avons passé des vacances de rêve en famille. Un immense merci à Machno pour sa gentillesse !

Ruhiger und rustikaler Ort

Kleine, aber feine Wohnung in einem ruhigen Ort, Bademöglichkeit, 2 Lokale und kleiner Laden. Etwas abseits vom Rummel drum herum. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur per WhatsApp, aber problemlos. Wohnung top ausgestattet.
