Appartement propre bien e...

Appartement propre bien equipe mais....sombre car fenetres difficiles a ouvrir au ras du sol, internet tres bas debit,pas de wi fi , television satelittaire mais seulement BBC INTERNATIONAL OU TV5 , hot bird donc aucun interet, etant 3 personnes (2 adultes 1 enfant ) la troisieme chambre a ete fermee alors que nous avons paye la totalite de l hebergement, important chauffage ou climatisation 2 euros de l heure (dommage de ne pas indiquer le tarif),machine a laver a 5 euros, parking pas collectif mais dans la rue et rarement possible sans marcher jusqu a 600 metres, Enrico parle seulement Italien contrairement aux indications multilingues ce qui entraine des maltentendus. Accueil tres gentil, gateau fait par Donatella de qualite , pates et sauce pour le premier soir tres bien. En conclusion un sejour moyen(pour la premiere fois avec homelidays voir les autres avis)mais une bonne situation pour explorer la Toscane que nous avons apprecie.

Appartamento molto carino dotato di ogni comodità, immerso nel picccolo borgo dove regna una pace rigenerante, strategico come posizione per ammirare altre interessanti località della Toscana. Mia figlia, due anni, l''ha considerata subito la sua "casetta" e l''accoglienza di Donatella ed Enrico è stata fantastica. Ci ritorneremo perchè ci piace il calore familiare che si respira."

"La neige a menace notre sejour et cette location est certainement beaucoup plus agreable a la mi-saison ou en ete. Les proprietaires ont ete accueillants et le logement bien decore/equipe, encore que la climatisaion reversible ne permette pas de chauffer de facon tres confortable lorsqu'il fait si froid. "

"Nous conseillons fortement la location de cet appartement, très bien équipé, qui lie authenticité et modernisme. La température est donnée dès l''acceuil des propriétaires, qui sont d''une gentillesse extrême. Imaginez qu''ils vous acceuillent avec des pastachoutas barilla, la sauce tomate barilla qui va bien, un cocktail de vin sucré, des croquants et un large éventail de gateau de la pasticeria voisine. La chambre pricipale est magnifique, la déco très bien étudié. PAs de buit...le village est très sympa, médiéval...vous ferez rapidement copain copain avec les commerçants du village. Vue imprenable sur la toscane, à 2 minutes, juste au dessus de l''appartement...Côté propreté, c''est nickel, côté équipement, c''est parfait. Les propriétaires sont charmants, toujours disponibles pour vous renseigner ou vous apporter leur aide. A cause de la neige, nous étions coincés dans notre voiture, à 10 kil du village, à 23H30, et Enrico est venu nous dépanner. EXCEPTIONNEL. Enfin, l''appartement est bien situé pour visiter Pisa et Florence. Sans hésitation, louez ce joyau et vous ne serez pas déçu!!! JC et Bianney from CORSICA"

"Wonderful spot! Our fami...

"Wonderful spot! Our family of four (including 2 adolescents) spent a week in Tuscany using Palaia (beautiful medieval town) as home base to visit Florence, Pisa, Sienna and even the Cinque Terre etc. After a day of exploring, it felt like coming home to this restful, quiet, well decorated apartment - a real pleasure! The apartment was well equipped and the hosts were welcoming and gracious. Only one small suggestion: the mountain bikes need a tune up. Thank you Enrico et Donnatella! Vacances mémorables d’une semaine au sein de ce bourg médiéval, parfait comme point de départ pour visiter Florence, Pise, Sienne et même les Cinque Terres. Un plaisir relaxant de se retrouver en fin de journée dans cet appartement tranquille, paisible, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Un seul ajustement requis: une mise au point pour les bicycles. Un gros merci à nos hôtes, Enrico, Donnatella et Christopher."
