Contemporary East Hampton Beach House - Reasonable

Contemporary Beach House located in Private Clearwater Beach.
Close to East Hampton's many other beaches as well. Clearwater is a quiet exclusive community, 5 minutes from EH Village and all the Hampton's has to offer.
Clearwater's Private Beach, features a picnic ground with bbq pits, kayak launch, outdoor showers and bathroom facilities, as well as a children's playground, basketball nets and of course lifeguards. Parking is free.

Our home is centrally located in East Hampton between Montauk, Amagansett, Sag Harbor Bridgehampton and Southampton, and just 25 minutes to Shelter Island, you can daytrip to any of these great destinations, and still be back home in time to catch the stunning sunsets at Clearwater Beach.

Our home is immaculately clean and uncluttered and features 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs, both with fans and flat screen tv with cable. A den with enclosure that doubles as a third bedroom downstairs. Two full bathrooms, one up and one down.
Sunny and bright Living/ Dining area with cathedral ceilings and fireplace.
Fully equipped kitchen for in home dining & breakfast bar/work station. Large well lit outdoor deck off the living room for relaxing and dining.
Laundry room, central air, wifi and cable and landline phone.
All sheets, blankets and pillows are supplied. You only need to get there. There are several bikes for your enjoyment, beach chairs and umbrellas, bug sprays and tanning lotions, and a cooler as well. There is a DVD selection of over 50 popular movies, and a extensive selection of music, books and CD's for all tastes. Board games, including Chess, backgammon and checkers.
Driveway will accommodate 5 cars.
Private Beach access, just a short walk or drive 3/4 mile away, or walk to the harbor across the road (Gerard Drive) for biking, kayaking, jogging, clamming, surfcasting or just walking and relaxing.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as a kitchen fire extinguisher and first aid kit are in place.
Provided is a short list and description of local restaurant and activities you may like to try to maximize your visit. As Owners, we are available by phone or text, and happy to answer any and all questions you have regarding your stay.

In East Hampton Village, there are gourmet restaurants, high end shopping, art exhibits, estate sales, movies and so much more. A Farmers Market is close by for fresh produce, french bread and live music each Saturday morning. From our home, you can easily enjoy all that East Hampton has to offer this season.

Great vacation home

Property was just as described. Immaculate. Extemely well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Maryann went out of her way to make us comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

The house is lovely in a great neighborhood. The only thing the house lacked was a finished backyard. The owners were incredibly friendly and responsive. I recommend the house

Very cute house

We stayed for 8 days. The house is very cute, perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Everything works, kitchen has everything you need, nice grill on the deck. Close to the ocean. Local beach - to which we were given a pass - is nearby and very nice. There are other small beaches nearby as well that are very private and great to take our dog to. Recommend this house for a nice escape east!!

Cant beat summer in the Springs

We loved our stay with our 2 daughters and some occasional family guests. Property is clean and well stocked with appliances and amenities and your expectations are wonderfully managed by Mary Ann and Anthony. They are really responsive and helpful. Beds, Baths, linens, supplies and Kitchen were very accommodating and appreciated. The deck is lovely. The house includes all the things you could ask for for a fun summer adventure! Great Neighborhood. Bike to Gerard Point for Water Sports, Swimming and Great Fishing. Fun Historic area with great local groceries, farm stands and art. Nearby Bay and Beaches of Napeague and and Amagansett top the East Coast for sheer beauty and all of Nature's splendor!

House is in pristine condition and very well equipped. Close to the water and the Hamptons action.

The owners have taken a lot of care to make the house clean, comfortable and well-appointed. They graciously share their beach equipment and other paraphernalia with guests, so you're clearly staying in their own home, not just a rental property. Very close to some lovely bay beaches and parks, and 10-15 minutes to the nearby towns and ocean.

An amazing gem in the Springs, E. Hampton

My family and I recently stayed at this lovely home for 11 nights in August. The owners were responsive, easy to work with, and accommodating to my family of 6 which included 3 children. I couldn’t have asked for more for vacation. The house has everything needed, a fully stocked kitchen, bbq, and all the essentials. Mary Ann, the owner, was so attentive to details and made sure we were comfortable. The house is in a great location of E. Hampton, not far from town, beaches, shopping. I highly recommend the home and owners. Thank you!

GREAT VACATION HOUSE

We enjoyed the house a great deal. It is very modern and up to date, fully equipped and stocked. The hosts were lovely; very pleasant and accommodating. The access to the private bay beach is a real plus. Excellent location in the Springs. We had a wonderful vacation in this welcoming house.

We are a hardworking couple living in Nassau County who had a dream to own a beach house out east. We took a leap of faith and purchased a beautiful home in East Hampton which we love, cherish and share.

Why they chose this property

You will see why once you stay. Gerard Drive is 2 blocks away and when you see a sunset there on the bay, you will know why too.

What makes this property unique

The house is open, airy and easy to care for. A unique benefit is that we leave 2 passes to the private beach, Clearwater Beach, which is 1.5 miles away. You will experience a quiet stay in Clearwater East Hampton but yet, be just minutes away, from designer shopping, gourmet restaurants and the best ice cream you ever had on Newtown Lane and Main Street. Amagansett is 10 minutes away and Montauk is approx. 20 minutes where you can enjoy the best lobster roll ever and all the beauty of the East End.
