Very Good

We stayed here for about one week and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. The condo matched the description and photos. Check-in was easy and the property is tranquil and well-maintained. I even had a chance to swim laps on two days. The pool was a bit cold but nothing I couldn’t handle. Very recommended.

Goed appartemet op een goede plek.

We gaan nu voor de vijfde keer gebruik maken van dit appartement. Het is gesitueerd op een mooie plek, met binnen een afstand van 200 meter 2 grote supermarkten en voor de deur een bushalte. Het is een pracht appartement in verhouding met de huurprijs. Het appartement is van al het nodige voorzien, waaronder wifi. Een gereserveerde plek in de garage dicht bij de lift, deze komt uit naast je appartement. 24-7 een portier aanwezig. Het zwembad en de tuin wordt goed onderhouden. De ligging van het appartement is goed, binnen 200 meter 2 supermarkten en de bushalte. De bus brengt je voor 2,36 euro heen en terug naar Marbella of Port Banus. Dan voorkom je dat je een hoog parkeertarief moet betalen. Via de wandelpromenade langs het strand is het ook leuk wandelen naar het centrum van Marbella (25 min) of Port Banus (40 min). Het mooie strand ligt op een loopafstand van 300 meter en is keurig verzorgd met mooie terrasjes waar je uitstekend kunt lunchen of dineren. Kortom we hebben het er al jaren goed naar onze zin , het voelt een beetje als thuiskomen, voor ons was dit een reden dat wij het voor 2017 wederom hebben besproken. Na 9 jaar Marbella is het nog steeds een pracht omgeving waar we ieder jaar weer wat nieuws ontdekken. We hebben al die jaren een goed contact met de eigenaar, waarmee in goed overleg veel mogelijk is.

Desafortunada elección

Al llegar no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. La puerta de la lavadora tenía la palanca de apertura estropeada. No hubo manera de contactar con los propietarios pues no cogian el teléfono. Pude hablar con ellos una vez a través de Homeaway que les contactó. Un desinterés total por parte de los propietarios que nos dijeron que no era culpa de ellos y que la lavadora la habíamos estropeado nosotros. Falta de seriedad absoluta. Hasta el último día nos tuvieron pendientes de gestiones. Las peores vacaciones de mi vida.

Super schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten super tolle 2 Wochen in dieser sehr gepflegten und bewachten Anlage ,von sehr höflichen und zuvorkommenden Wächtern am Eingangstor ,man kannte und grüßte sich ,kam sich schon vor wie Daheim . Terese die uns am gegenüberliegenden Hotel abholte war sehr nett und hilfsbereit obwohl sie kaum englisch sprach ,doch alles hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock sehr ruhig gelegen,das Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus ,daher hört man keinerlei Straßenlärm und die Rolladen waren fantastisch super dunkel ,so das wir locker bis 10h schlafen konnten,herrlich . Alles war soweit an Kochutensilien vorhanden ,genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche im Überfluß. Gegenüber der Lidl sogar mit frischem Fisch und nebenan ein etwas teurerer Einkaufsladen. Zum Strand 10 Minten Fußweg gegenüber der breiten Straße am Lidl vorbei und schwupp war man da,so wie von dort nach links gehend an der Promenade entlang zum Hafen etwa 20 Minuten beim gemütlichen gehen ,ein Bus fährt aber auch dort hin gegenüber der Anlage. was man auf jeden fall noch gesehen haben muß ,ist mit dem Bus oder auch am Strand zum Hafen nach rechts Porto Banus ,dort stehen die großen und schweren Jachten und einige teure Geschäfte ,weiter durch am Strand nach re. liegt auch der Ocean Club wo die berüchtigten weißen Feten gefeiert werden . Alles im Allen ein rund um perfekter Urlaub. Danke

Excelente estadia

Apartamento muy limpio, amplio y comodo. Con vista al mar y muy cerca de la playa y del Paseo Maritimo (restaurantes, tiendas, etc). Supermercado a proximidad y autobus al frente que conduce al centro (alrededor de 5min) y a Puerto Banus (15min). El encargado del apartamento muy servicial y amable. Ampliamente recomendado!

Bon Appartement

Trés bel appartement, belle vue sur la mer, dans une résidence tranquille et calme et sécurise, bien situé sur la route N 340 ( on peut aller a la ville a pied a 500m et puerto banus a 5km par voiture ou a velo sur le bord de mer). l'accueil été très chaleureux et serviable. bien équipé. la seul chose a améliorer est les meubles de l'appartement. je reviendrai l'année prochaine très volontiers.

Muy buen apartamento y urbanización.

"Apartamento muy cuidado y completo, tal y como aparece en las fotos. Todo funciona perfectamente (WIFI de alta velocidad, electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado). Ropa blanca abundante. Plaza de garaje amplia. Urbanización muy tranquila y bonita, con vigilancia continua, gran piscina y zona verde. Muy cerca de la playa y del centro de Marbella, con parada de autobús urbano enfrente y al lado de supermercados, farmacia, restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios. La persona encargada de facilitar las llaves y el personal de conserjería muy amables. En fin, todo de primera. Sin duda, repetiremos."

Het is een pracht apparte...

Het is een pracht appartement in verhouding met de huurprijs. Het appartement is is van al het nodige voorzien. Een gereserveerde plek in de garage dicht bij de lift, deze komt uit naast je appartement. 24-7 een portier aanwezig. Het zwembad en de tuin wordt goed onderhouden. "Trés bon séjour à Marbel...

"Trés bon séjour à Marbella dans une résidence trés propre et hyper sécurisée,gardiens trés trés sympa ainsi que les jardiniers et femmes de ménages.Pour ce qui est de l'appartement rien à redire propre, lumineux,bien équipé avec vue sur la piscine et la mer au loin.Commerces au pied de l'immeuble.Situé à un quart d'heure de marche du centre historique du vieux Marbella. Excellant acceuil de Mme Tére qui est joignable en cas de problèmes.A louer sans hésitations.Nous remerçions Homelidays pour le sérieux de ses locations au plaisir de relouer sur leur site. "Appartement relativement au calme malgré la proximité de l''avenue en avril. En été? Attention, les 2 lits d''appoint sont de très mauvaises qualité,ne pas venir avec des enfants. TV,radio ne marchent pas. Mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée, majoration pour heure tardive de 30 euros sans avoir été prévenus au préalable malgré la confirmation de notre arrivée auprès du propriétaire....en fait la personne ne nous a pas attendus et à transmis les clés au gardien de l''immeuble!!!"

"En tout premier lieu je ...

"En tout premier lieu je dois souligner l'accueil de Teresa. Les informations pertinentes furent très utiles pour notre séjour. Elle fut ponctuelles autant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. L'appartement est en tout point identique à l'annonce du site Homelidays. Il est très propre et bien situé en retrait du centre ville animé de Marbella( 15 minutes de marche) ce qui nous assure une certaine tranquilité. Il est bien équipé pour un long séjour pour 2 personnes et suffisamment spacieux. Le site du complexe d'habitation est très bien tenu, très propre et sécuritaire. Les gens qui y travaillent sont gentils et courtois. A deux pas de l'appartement il y a 2 supermarchés dont un est complété par une petite boulangerie. A 5 minutes de marche on accède à la plage ainsi qu'à une très belle promenade piétonne qui se rend jusqu'à Banus et au centre-ville de Marbella. A 20 minutes de marche il y a une station d'autobus d'où l'on peut se rendre dans plusieurs villes et villages d'Andalousie. Il y a aussi un arrêt d'autobus en face du complexe pour se rendre à cette station et partout en ville. Enfin nous y avons passe un séjour inoubliable."

Apto. en muy buenas condi...

Apto. en muy buenas condiciones y totalmente equipado. El centro de Marbella queda a unos 20-25min caminando. Zona muy tranquila y la playa queda a unos pocos minutos. Un supermercado SuperSol muy completo al lado de casa y parada de autobus enfrente de la urbanización.

"Le logement correspond t...

"Le logement correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. La résidence est bien située, proche de la plage et des supermarchés. Il est un peut éloigné du centre de Marbella et des petits commerces mais il y a un arrêt de bus en face de la résidence. Un gardien est présent jour et nuit, 24h/24. Par ailleurs, il faut 40 min en voiture pour aller à l'aéroport de Màlaga par l'autoroute, ce qui permet de profiter au maximum de son séjour."
