Nice house in a great location. It was roomy, clean, comfortable and well stocked. And it's located only a few blocks from all the fun spots in Newport.

Overall Great Property. The hill down to the bayfront was pretty steep for a walk so just be prepared for that.

We had a wonderful family gathering in this home. We enjoyed having so much living space. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Being close to the Bay Front allowed us to make several walks to see the sea lions and get salt water taffy.

The house was clean, tidy, and comfortable and in a great location. There was plenty of space and a nicely appointed kitchen, plus plenty of puzzles, games, and books to borrow during your stay. The only downside was that it did get a little warm during the day, but Nancy is super up front about this and fans are provided throughout the house. After opening up some windows for fresh air and turning on some of the fans, it was perfectly comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equipped. We brought cooking items we didn't need, not knowing what was there. We had trouble with the furnace when we first got there, but they were very responsive and helped us get it working. Overall, it was a very good weekend.

Great Property!

We loved our stay here. If you don’t mind walking up and down a pretty big hill, Newport is within walking distance. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and especially enjoyed the porch. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful family getaway

Loved this place! Very spacious, clean, good location, and well stocked kitchen. Having tje bedrooms separate from the living areas was greay for napping kids... and adults!

Great location, great value

We rented Nancy's property for our Irish relatives to stay in for our wedding weekend in Newport. They loved the spacious home and the location. They were very comfortable, and the home had everything they needed for a 4 night stay.

Nice place close to Bayfront

We had a nice stay at home his place close to the bayfront with some friends. Plenty of room for a group with lots of living space and a good size kitchen.
