The house Pesco is located in the land surrounding La Gianna farmhouse.

The farmhouse is located in Tuscany on the hills between Viareggio and Lucca in an ancient village called Nocchi near Camaiore.

The property stretches on to a land with olive trees and wineyards. There is a large common garden (in addition to the private one) with a beautiful swimming pool and nearby a woodoven a barbeque and a laundry. The pool area is equipped with sun-umbrellas and deckchairs.

There is a vegetables common garden and orchard open to everyone where you can hand pick you fruits and vegetables.

The farmhouse is in a ideal geographic location for a relaxing holiday close to historical cities (Lucca, Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Pisa) and Versilia coast.

From Nocchi you can reach the top of monte Prana from where you can have a nice panoramic view of Apuane Alps and Tirrenian Sea.

By car you can reach the popular beach of Viareggio, located 14 km from Nocchi. While in Viareggio you will have access to a private beach club, where an umbrella and two chairs will be available for you. This service is included in the price of the house rent.

The beach club is equipped with windsurfs, surfs, surf school, catamaran, canoes (additional price will apply for these additional services).

A lovely stay

We had a lovely holiday and felt so welcome by the owner. The house has what you need. The beds were very comfortable. The AC is in one room which was needed during a heatwave. The downstairs doesn’t get as warm. The pool is a great size. The access to the beach and sun beds was such a plus point. It does take a while to get used to the roads but I did eventually. There isn’t a shop in the village which we missed but not the fault of the house!

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön, es liegt in einem kleinen sympathischen Dorf mitten in der Natur der Toskana.Der Hauseigentümer Angelo ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, dass alles funktioniert. Der große Pool war stets sauber, das Ambiente fabelhaft!Folgende Dinge waren uns jedoch zuvor nicht bewusst und wir möchten darauf hinweisen: - leider gibt es keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, welche die vielen Stechmücken abhalten. Besonders nachts (aufgrund der Hitze mussten wir die Fenster öffnen) waren sehr viele vorhanden.- die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur in Form eines Ventilators - der in der Anzeige angegebene „freie Strandzugang“ bedeutet, dass nur die hinteren Reihen der Schirme am Strand freigehalten werden. Wir haben, da wir es nicht wussten und nicht darüber informiert wurden, uns freie Liegen ausgesucht und wurden dann weggeschickt, was einen etwas unwohl fühlen ließ. - man sollte in dem Haus keine Angst vor Hunden haben. Die jungen Hunde des Hauseigentümers kommen häufig rüber und sind sehr anhänglich.. sind aber ansonsten lieb und tun nichts. - bei uns ging das Internet an 5 von 7 Tagen nicht, wurde aber am Ende gefixt und sollte laut Hauseigentümer nun kein Problem mehr sein- Grill leider nicht benutzbar, da verostet - Fahrräder, wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen, haben wir nicht gesehen - kein Föhn, kein Backofen und kein Wasserkocher

Heerlijk verblijf op schitterende locatie! La Gianna ligt tussen de heuvels, omringd door wijngaarden: rustige plek, prachtig uitzicht en dito zonsondergangen. Fantastisch om deze rust in het achterland af te kunnen wisselen met de gereserveerde plek op het lido (de strandclub). Het vakantiehuisje zelf heeft een authentieke sfeer, voorzieningen (keuken, badkamer en inrichting) zijn basic. Terras en tuin erg prettig, misschien wat dicht op de buren. Airco op master slaapkamer was heel welkom tijdens paar hete nachten, verder is het huisje aangenaam koel van zichzelf. Amper last gehad van muggen of andere insecten (de gebruikelijke muggen tijdens schemering maar niet storend). We sliepen zelfs met open ramen (en dat zonder horren!). Gastheer Angelo is zeer sympathiek en behulpzaam. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en de fijne restaurants op loopafstand (op letterlijk 3 en 8 minuten wandelen!). Camaiore is met de auto binnen tien minuten te bereiken; leuk plaatsje met alles wat je praktisch nodig hebt (winkels, restaurants, Conad). Onze elf nachten waren eigenlijk te kort, we hadden ons hier nog makkelijk een week extra kunnen vermaken! Ps: ook fijn dat je de auto op het terrein kunt parkeren, binnen de poort, in de boomgaard.

Très bel appartement, le propriétaire est sur place, très sympathique. La piscine est spacieuse, il y a pas mal d'ombre autour . Seuls bémols: pas de wifi selon l'appartement et une seule chambre climatisée...

Entspannung in der Natur mit Nähe zum Meer

Das Häuschen ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Auch das Anwesen selbst ist wunderschön und vor allem das Obst und Gemüse, das man ernten darf, natürlich ein tolles Extra! Man sollte jedoch auf jeden Fall Autan einpacken :-) Nach Viareggio braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 18-20 Minuten. Angelo (der Vermieter) ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf auch gut zu erreichen.

Wunderschönes Anwesen, sehr ruhige Lage mit tollem Pool. Ein Platz zum Abschalten und Erholen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympatisch. Der dazugehörige Strandplatz war super und würde von uns oft genutzt. Das Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wäre schön, wenn die Küche etwas besser ausgestattet wäre. Daher nur vier von fünf möglichen Sternen.

Perfect location and surroundings

Nice appartment on a spacious ground with nice views, beautiful garden and great pool. Location is perfect near cities and the beach, entrance to beach club included. The sleeping couch is not very suitable to adults, ok for kids . The entrance to the compound being narrow and steep is a little demanding.

Entspannter Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen! Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, am Anfang roch es etwas muffig, hatte sich aber bald erledigt, es war wohl eine Zeit nicht vermietet. Das Gelände ist riesig und alles was dort wächst (Gurken, Tomaten, Kartoffeln, Pfirsiche, Zucchini, usw.) darf man ernten. Der Pool ist klasse und echt groß. Der Beachclub ist 15 Autominuten entfernt und wurde von uns mit großer Freude besucht. Eine ordentlich Pizzeria ist um die Ecke. Lucca, Pisa und Florenz sind schnell zu erreichen. Alles in Allem: absolute Empfehlung! ps: bei der Anfahrt nicht von der schmalen Brücke entmutigen lassen. Das passt. :-)

Het was een heel fijne vakantiewoning: geweldig zwembad, mooi uitzicht, lekkere groenten en fruit om te plukken. Eigenaar Angelo is erg makkelijk in de omgang. We hebben genoten.
