Property description:

House ideally located, 800 m from the lake of carcans 'maubuisson' and 4 km from the ocean, with a view on the forest. Beds are made on arrival.
Large terrace of 53 m2 with barbecue, sunbathing. Bicycle path 50 m from the lake and the ocean. Possibility of renting bicycles and cleaning at the end of the stay. The resort and its surroundings offer a multitude of activities, with extensive cycle paths (tree climbing, archery, tennis, sailing, surfing ...).
Our rentals are from Sunday to Sunday and at least every two weeks in July and August except for isolated weeks.

Wunderbares Haus in super Lage zum Atlantik aber auch zum Lac d'Hourtin, der auch wirklich schön ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, verlässlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und die Ausstattung lassen kaum Wünsche offen.

Logement très propre, bien équipé, une très belle et récente terrasse en pierres. Communication parfaite avec les propriétaires.L’emplacement est idéal pour accéder au lac ou bien à l’océan. La seule remarque est la proximité avec la route mais sa fréquentation n’est pas continue, ce qui laisse des moments de calme. À part cela, bien en tous points.

Das Haus liegt ideal für unterschiedliche Aktivitäten. Eine schöne Raumaufteilung und eine zweckmässige Ausstattung sorgen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Für uns als Hundehalter war das alleinstehende Haus mit dem grosszügigen Garten, indem unsere Hunde herumtollen konnten, ein Highlight.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus in guter Lage. Nahe zum See und wenige Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad zum Meer.Viele Optionen für Spaziergänge und Routen in der Natur, Entdeckungen in der Umgebung oder Sport.Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die immer geduldig alle Fragen beantworten und sympathisch sind.Das Haus ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Von perfekten Betten über das Badezimmer bis hin zur sehr guten Küche. An warmen Tagen ist der Garten Gold wert. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Erholsame Tag am Atlantik

Wir durften zu Viert + Hund, 14 erholsame Tage in Maubuisson in einem sehr schönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus liegt 10 Gehminunten ausserhalb von Maubuisson, d.h. Bäcker, Metzger und der Supermarkt sind auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Im Ort selber wird einiges an Gastronomie angeboten. Nach Carcans Plage sind es 45 Gehminunten/ 5min. mit dem Auto. Fahrradweg/ Gehweg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Das Haus ist großzügig Ausgestattet wobei die großzügige Terasse mit anschließenden Garten hervorzuheben sind (Ideal für Haustiere). In der Küche wurden verschiedene Gegenstände von den Vormietern nicht sauber hinterlassen, daher 1 Stern abzug Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten und können es für bis zu 6 Personen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das alleinstehende Haus steht wunderbar in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Uns fehlte nichts. Es gibt zwei Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten. Ein weiteres Bett befindet sich in der oberen Galerie, die zum Wohnbereich offen ist. Wir haben dort zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen verbracht. Problematisch ist nur, dass es dort wenig Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Größere Supermärkte sind mindestens 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aber für dieses Problem kann das Haus nichts. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Drei Wochen Sommerurlaub

Wir haben wunderbare drei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es liegt sehr gut zwischen See und Atlantik, allerdings ist die Straße nach Carcans-Plage sehr laut zu hören. Lionel war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, besonders als es auf Grund einer Autopanne Probleme mit unserer Anreise gab. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Platz. Die Garage war toll für unsere Fahrräder und das Strandequipment.

Bon accueil des propriétaires, ponctuels et agréables ! Logement parfaitement propre et bien équipé. Super séjour en famille, le logement a une taille suffisante pour pouvoir passer des moments agréables en famille les jours de mauvais temps (nous sommes venus fin octobre 😬) Environnement propice aux balades en vélo, très calme.

Maubuisson

Très belle villa à proximité du lac et du centre de Maubuisson. La villa est également située à seulement quelques kms de l'océan. La situation est idéale pour des vacances sportives. La terrasse et le jardin sont très spacieux. La mezzanine , située au-dessus du living/salle à manger, comporte un grand lit double et un lit simple avec lit-tiroir. Il y a deux chambres accessibles depuis le living. Une avec un lit double et une avec deux lits simples. La ville est proposée pour six couchages mais peut sans réelles difficultés accueillir 8 personnes. Les multiples possibilités de couchage qu'offre cette maison sont un réel atout. Nous avons passé deux bonnes semaines sur place.
