Locatie fantastisch met panorama zicht op zee, interieur huis gedateerd.

Het is een herlijk huis en het ligt op een fantastische locatie met uitzicht op zee. Het heeft vele terrassen, waardoor schaduw altijd aanwezig is. Het interieur is verouderd en enkele kastdeuren zijn kapot. Omdat je veel buiten leeft heb je daar weinig last van. Het dorp CastroMarina ligt op 2 minuten loopafstand, waardoor je makkelijk naar het dorp gaat voor een drankje of een hapje. Aanrader!

Beautiful house with a fantastic view

We spent a week in this beautiful house and had a great time. The terrace is wonderful with a great view over the incredibly turquoise and clear water. It is really nice that the house is positioned high up so that you have the view. The location is overall really good. It is very close to some nice cliffs for swimming, and also just a couple of minutes walk down to the harbor. The house itself is also very well laid out and nicely decorated with everything we needed. With the warm weather in Puglia it was also nice to have a small terrace on the backside of the house to have some shadow during the hottest hours. Giulio was very helpful and friendly. Everything around our staying worked smoothly. We hope to be able to come back!

Grosszügige Villa, wunderbares Ambiente

Toll ausgestattet, nahe Badeplätze, Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern ... da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter ist bei Fragen immer telefonisch erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hochsommer reichlich viel Beschallung mit Musik aus dem Hafen. Wenig Weingläser im Haus. Das tut dem Gesamteindruck aber kaum Abbruch.

Una splendida villa forse anche più bella che nella foto , una vista mozzafiato .

La casa è in una posizione privilegiata con vista sulla marina e sul paese di Castro. Terrazzi ampi e ben equipaggiati con lettini ombrelloni sdraie . Un giardino curato con bellissimi geraniUn ampio tavolo per mangiare fuori. Giulio è un padrone di casa discreto ma sempre presente per ogni piccolo problema. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi

Ottimo soggiorno in un ambiente rilassante

L'accoglienza del Sig. Giulio é stata molto calorosa. É stato molto disponibile e prodigo di consigli. La villa é come appare nel sito e la vista é spettacolare sulla cittadina di Castro e sulla baia. La proprietà era tenuta bene e ordinata. Il mese di settembre é particolarmente indicato per chi cerca tranquillità. Abbiamo approfittato dei servizi del vicino lido per fare il bagno e a pochi passi dalla villa c'é una simpatica trattoria con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Insomma tutto a portata di mano. Non avrei esitazioni a tornarvi e a consigliare ad amici questa sistemazione.

Perfect villa, perfect location

We felt at home immediately on arriving in Castro and Villa Rizzo. Giulio was at hand to help with everything. The views from the terraces are fantastic. The sea was steps away for swimming. The local restaurants nearby particularly La Pizzica were friendly and served lovely food. The small shop at the end of the road was also brilliant for everyday essentials. Overall, having visited other towns we knew why Castro is the Pearl of Salento.Villa Rizzo is full of charm and a perfect place to relax. Thank you for everything Giulio.

"Excellent et merveilleux...

"Excellent et merveilleux séjour. La maison est superbe, la vue fantastique, le jardin splendide. C'est tres calme et la mer transparente, est a proximité. (Un lave vaisselle serait juste bienvenu). Envie de revenir des que possible."
