La maison est trÚs agréable grùce à la climatisation. Les enfants ont pu profiter de l'extérieur en toute sécurité. La terrasse couverte permet de profiter de l'extérieur toute la journée. La proximité de la route permet d'accéder rapidement aux grands axes et à Alghero. La propriétaire est trÚs facilement joignable en cas de problÚme.

Ideale sia per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax che del movimento

Residenza silenziosa e tranquilla, a pochi minuti dal centro cittĂ  (supermercati, ristoranti, ecc.) e dal mare. Nel giro di pochi chilometri si raggiungono le localitĂ  balneari piĂč rinomate, sia a nord che a sud di Alghero. Il mare Ăš bello praticamente ovunque, c'Ăš solo l'imbarazzo della scelta tra sabbia, sassi o scogli. Per chi ama correre consiglio il percorso pedonale che si estende dal porto (compreso il giro dei bastioni) fino a Fertilia, passando attraverso la pineta o la spiaggia. In particolare alla mattina presto, soprattutto al sabato e alla domenica, si trovano parecchi runners, tanto che sembra di essere nel mezzo di una manifestazione podistica. I proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per i luoghi da visitare e per il mangiare (la pizzeria "di famiglia" Ăš veramente ottima). In definitiva abbiamo passato una bella vacanza alla scoperta di questa terra meravigliosa, quindi consigliamo la struttura a chiunque desideri un posto tranquillo, dove poter riposare dopo una lunga giornata al mare.

En rĂ©ponse Ă  votre demande d’apprĂ©ciation sur la maison d’Aghero louĂ©e du 1 au 15/9/18, nous avons diffĂ©rentes informations Ă  vous faire remonter. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympatique, mais il n’y a pas eu d’état des lieux. Conclusions : Il n’y avait que quelques cuillers Ă  moka. Nous avons dĂ» rĂ©clamer des cuillers Ă  cafĂ©. Pas de cafetiĂšre pdt 3 jours, sauf une miniscule en Ă©tat douteux et dont le volume correspondait Ă  une « tasse française » et une autre un peu plus grande dans laquelle il n’y avait pas de filtre. Les propriĂ©taires nous en ont fourni une autre neuve, mais Ă©galement minuscule. La derniĂšre n’est arrivĂ©e que le mardi. Pas de casserole pour faire chauffer un peu d’eau ou de lait. Il n’y a pas de micro ondes dans la maison, seulement un faitout Ă  notre disposition. 5 verres dĂ©pareillĂ©s, 5 tasses dĂ©jeuner Ă©galement dĂ©pareillĂ©s. Les moustiquaires sont toutes en mauvais Ă©tat : dĂ©chirĂ©es Les volets de la piĂšce de vie ne ferment pas. Le mobilier de terrasse est en trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat : 2 chaises sur 4 sont fendues au niveau des accoudoirs Sur les 2 bains de soleil, l’un est « rafistolĂ© avec des clous », et le plastic est dans un tel Ă©tat que les vĂȘtements ressortent complĂštement blancs lorsque vous restez allongĂ©s dessus. Le bruit du voisinage, causĂ© par la famille nombreuse des propriĂ©taires, trĂšs souvent et mĂȘme tard dans la nuit. Le bruit de la route Ă  quelques mĂštres de la maison est aussi trĂšs gĂȘnant. Mais ce qui a eu raison de nos nerfs, c’est lorsque la climatisation est tombĂ©e en panne en fin de premiĂšre semaine. Nous avons dĂ» attendre jusqu’au jeudi de la 2e semaine pour que la rĂ©paration soit faite (d’ailleurs, cette climatisation ne marchait qu’en ventilation depuis notre arrivĂ©e et ne faisait pas de froid). Nous devons prĂ©ciser que le soleil tapant sur la porte d’entrĂ©e non isolante, celle-ci agissait tel un radiateur dans la piĂšce, et il Ă©tait impensable de rester dans la maison sans climatisation. De ce fait, nous devions dormir avec les fenĂȘtres ouvertes et Ă©tions incommodĂ©s d’une part par la circulation Ă  proximitĂ©, et les moustiques qui s’engouffraient dans les chambres puisque les moustiquaires Ă©taient percĂ©es. Pour nous, la climatisation Ă©tait un critĂšre incontournable dans le choix de la location. En fonction de cela, nous estimons que nous sommes en droit de rĂ©clamer une indemnisation car les prestations ne sont pas Ă  la hauteur du montant du loyer. Nous comptons sur votre comprĂ©hension.
