Comfortable condo with everything we needed. The view was amazing. The deck was large with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Both bedrooms had a king size bed which was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here, very conveniently located and generally the space was clean and I really appreciate them giving us little extra time to checkout due to our last minute excursion plans which did not happen as planned due to hurricane Lala. Only things outdated were outdoor furniture and doors, other than that we stayed for 10 days so enough items for our family of 5. Thank you 🙏🏽

The balcony is enormous with an amazing view of the ocean! My family of 4 adults had plenty of room to relax. All of the provided beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear) and being so close to the ocean made our many trips to the beach delightful. The furniture was comfortable for sitting and sleeping. The AC and fans kept things cool and comfortable at night and during the day we enjoyed keeping all the windows and sliding doors open. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. There were a few minor things that could use a little TLC but overall it was great! PROS: location, magical balcony, one bedroom had a very nice firm matress, futon-sofa, warm pool, easy checking & parking. CONS: one closet blanket, sofa pillow & a towel had stains, two oven burners were not working, boogie board had 4 holes so wasn't very useful to float. Appreciate having WD-40 & Raid Insect indoor spray, always come in handy at any rentals. Mahalo!

Beautiful view

Our stay was wonderful. It was located in the perfect area and was able to watch the whales from our lanai every day. The check in was flawless too. We hope to come back and stay in Penthouse 40 again sometime. Thank you for the perfect vacation.

Slice of paradise

This place is perfect for a relaxing vacation for the whole family. It comes with everything you could need and the views are breath taking. If you have ever thought about Hawaii, come and stay here. It'll make you want to come back year after year.

Awesome location

This unit is perfect for a family or two couples...the location is the BEST...we love Sugar Beach and always choose to stay here. The unit was great and offered everything we needed!! If we need a two bedroom unit again, we'll definitely be booking this!
