Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms with shower, one for each bedroom. 85 square meters (280 square feet) of living room located on the 4th floor of a typical building, with no lift. It can accommodate up to 7 people, 4 in 2 double beds that can be separated and 3 on a double sofa bed and an armchair bed in the living room. Kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, air conditioning, central heating and TV.
POSITION
The location is ideal in the heart of the historic center, in Via Ricasoli 15, between the marvelous CATHEDRAL and the MUSEO DELL'ACCADEMIA which houses the famous DAVID created by Michelangelo. Other highlights such as Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, the Bargello are only a 5 minute walk from our accommodation.

Hot and cold air conditioning, iron and ironing board, TV, 110 Volt sockets, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, bathroom with shower, washing machine, bed linen and towels. Internet "wireless connection" is possible without time limit.
ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
There is an extra charge for arrivals / departures outside check-in / out times. All requests are subject to confirmation by the property.
The last check-in is available until 24:00.

- after 23:00 there is a tax of 40 €
Check in is after 14:00 directly in our apartment in Via Ricasoli, 15 and check out by 11 am on the day of your departure.
