This room was one of the best parts of my stay, it was very clean, beautiful, and organized. It had everything that I needed for my stay, and to top it off is about 20 ft from the beach. The host is wonderful and communicative, and I will be returning to this place indefinitely

This place has everything you need!! We did a short 3 night trip and this was the perfect place in Kona. Close to multiple beaches, food spots and was super clean! If you’re looking for a place that is nice without all the bells and whistles, this is it!

The property was as pictured and described. With beaches so close, we appreciated the ability to borrow chairs and snorkel gear. Having off street parking was such a bonus! Check in and check out was a breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Friendly, communicative and accommodating host who stocks the property with everything you could need for a relaxing beach vacation β€” just bring your swimsuit and you’re set! Fantastic central location. Very cute resident ducks and chicken. As others have said, it can be noisy without glass on the large windows to shut out the sound, but that was mainly limited to waking hours and the host provides ear plugs!

Place was nice and clean. Neighborhood is nice with good neighbors and a great view. Location is near a lot of stores and restaurants.Communication with Isaac was great, and he checked if I needed anything during my stay. If I come back to Kona soon I will gladly to stay here again.
