Andy was great. He meet us on arrival and checked in to see if we needed anything. He was very nice. The place is small but comfortable and is very convenient. It is within walking distance of many beaches.

Cute, clean, quiet, nearby beach and shopping/food, friendly/helpful host, off street parking,… Will stay here again. Mahalo nui loa and a hui hou.

The location was great. It is south of the busy part of Ali'i Street. If you want to go kayaking and/or snorkeling at Kealakekua Bay/Captain Cook monument (which I highly recommend) go south 10 minutes. If you want to stroll along the main part of Ali'i drive, go north 10 minutes. The owner was awesome. Super friendly. I checked in Christmas Day, He told me if I couldn't find a place to get a bite to eat, he and his wife have food. Luckily, it was not necessary - but it was a wonderful gesture. The place is quiet and has good parking. I would stay there again.
