Kahalu'u Bay Villas, Unit #103 is a gorgeous, private 1st floor condo at a Boutique Complex right Across the Street from Kona's Most Popular Snorkeling Beach, Kahalu'u.
Unit #103 has a fully equipped kitchen and all the rooms are spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. All of the Essential Appliances/Cookware: Cooktop, Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Fully Stocked!

The living area is open & spacious, total of 883 interior square feet with a approximately 100 square foot Lanai.
You'll notice a comfortable Sleeper Sofa *sleeps 1 Adult or 2 kids*, In Door Dining, & Television in the Living Area for Entertainment.

The views of Kahalu'u Bay and the condo pool from the balcony are beautifully refreshing. Watching the sunsets here are wonderful.

The complex offers a swimming pool, BBQ area, covered parking & an elevator. Walk to Kahalu’u Beach Park & only minutes to the Keauhou Shopping Center that has a grocery store, restaurants & shopping.

After a morning snorkel in this calm, shallow bay visit unique locations like the Place of Refuge or Keauhou Bay (where you will see an awesome variety of colorful tropical fish, several Green Sea Turtles, and a beautiful array of coral), take a swim and sun bathe by the lovely pool that is immediately below your condo!

1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.

Great condo great view

We spent 3weeks here and it was wonderful. Seeing the sunset each night on the lanai and having coffee in the morning. The king size bed was really comfortable. We had so much fun there, hope to do it again. The property management group was great.

Reviewer Comments: A very nice one-bedroom condo, very conveniently (two-minute walk) located to a great beach and easy access to good shopping and restaurants, while out of hustle and bustle. Parking is easy, and good beach and snorkling gear is provided, although there's only one beach chair. Realtor/hosts are easy to contact, and quite helpful.

GREAT location!

We ran into a small issue which the rental company took care of immediately for us! I loved the location, you’re directly by the best snorkeling spot in Kona. I didn’t understand why there were no blackout curtains in the bedroom as you are directly across from the elevator that is constantly lit. I think that would be a huge help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This comfortable one bedroom unit worked great for us. It was located directly across the street from our favorite snorkel beach. The unit was well outfitted with everything we needed especially the kitchen. We were missing a couple of items and mentioned it to the management company and they brought them right over. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. It is showing its age a bit, but was very clean. Highly recommended.
