This beautiful villa is located on a fenced plot of 1600m2 with a garden of palm trees, oleanders, variety of plants and green area. The swimming pool is 8x4m with an outdoor shower and total privacy.The property consists of a living-dining room with TV/SAT, Wifi, electric heating and fireplace for winter. It has an exit to the covered terrace with barbecue with direct access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, etc.It has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. One bathroom with shower and another with bathtub.The distance to the sea and the centre of Denia is 4km, supermarkets are 3km away, as well as bars/restaurants 2km away. Pets upon prior consultation.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Ein Traumurlaub, der viel zu schnell zu Ende ging

Denia ist eine schöne Stadt , in der es viel zu sehen gibt , aber auch die umliegenden Städte , darunter auch Calpe und Valencia sind wunderschön . Das Haus ist ein Traum , es fehlt an nichts , es ist alles sauber und das Grundstück sowie der Pool sind ein Träumchen , gerade für unseren Boxerrüden war es ein kleines Paradies :). Der Service war prima und wir können nur Danke sagen ! Eventuell könnte man einen Plan erstellen für die Bewohner , das diese wissen , wann zum Beispiel der Poolboy kommt oder der Gärtner , ich weiß aber nicht ob das möglich ist .

La casa nos ha encantado. La zona de jardín, piscina y barbacoa perfecta. La casa muy acogedora. El salón con ventanal muy agradable. Cocina muy bien equipada. Zona para comer con sombra y velador para evitar avispas. Vistas inmejorables al montgó. Hemos pasado una semana genial. Para repetir. Esos sí, si hace calor falta AA. Aire Acondicionado en habitaciones. No funciona luz piscina. Nevera fastidiada. Wifi a veces falla cobertura.

Immer wieder gerne!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Bellavista WA. Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft und ruhig gelegen,war sauber und ist so, wie es die Bilder im Internet gezeigt haben. Bei Carlos Ferien hatten wir stets einen Ansprechpartner und bei Fragen bzw. Problemen wurde uns zeitnah geholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank! Nur eine Kleinigkeit: die Duschhalterungen könnten erneuert werden, da der Duschkopf manchmal aus der Halterung rutscht. Sonst war alles top!

Wir hatten 2010 schon mal dieses Haus gemietet und weil es uns da schon gut gefallen hat sind wir dieses Jahr wieder gekommen. Das einzige was gestört War das beide Nachbarn umgebaut haben was aber keiner voraussehen konnte! Wenn wir wieder kommen werden wir dieses Haus bestimmt wieder in unsere Auswahl nehmen.Wir möchten uns auch für die gute Betreuung bei Fam. Eng bedanken. Es wäre schön wenn im Haus noch ein Hinweis wäre für Mieter die noch nicht in diesem Haus waren was zu beachten ist zum Beispiel Lichtschalter und eine kurze Anleitung der Bedienung des Reißverschluss bzw. Fehrnseher.

Gerne wieder

Sehr gute Unterkunft auf einem großen, gepflegten Grundstück. Außenbereich, Terrasse und Pool herrlich. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, Grundstück mit viel Privatsphäre. Mit dem Auto zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Strand und in die Stadt kurze Wege. Im Haus ist alles sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Musikanlage mit CD-Player und wer es braucht Fernseher mit allen deutschen Programmen.
