Wonderful pool house near Avignon

This house was everything we hoped for. Lovely pool, lots of (playing)space for two families with children, well equipped kitchen and air condition that keeps the house cool under the hot provencial sun. Nearby a great grossery store with a fine selection of food and wine. All you need for a perfect holiday in southern France.

A wonderful house / Une maison magnifique

A gorgeous property in a beautiful location. It's even lovelier than the photos, and the pool and terrace are wonderful. Plenty of room for our party of seven - two families, four adults and three children - and the house had everything we needed. Pascal and Geraldine were lovely and super-helpful. We loved our stay. Une maison magnifique dans un endroit parfait. C'est encore plus beau que les photos, et la piscine et la terrasse sont magnifiques. Il y avait beaucoup de place pour notre groupe - deux familles, quatre adultes et trois enfants - et la maison avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Pascal et Géraldine étaient très sympathiques et très serviables. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Superbe terrasse où il fait bon vivre toute la journée, du matin au soir, vue imprenable. Piscine à débordement magnifique et pratique ( illluminée le soir ) . Chambres spacieuses ,calmes et un studio séparé pour les ados. Equipements complets, récents et pratiques. Accueil très sympathiques et propriétaire à l'écoute.

Très belle propriété entourée de verdure et néanmoins proche du village et des commerces (<5 min en voiture). Magnifique piscine à débordement et jardin très soigné. Pascal, le propriétaire, s’est montré très accueillant et disponible. Maison bien équipée avec de beaux volumes. Intérieur frais malgré la canicule grâce à un système de refroidissement par le sol. En résumé, une excellente adresse.

Ein Traum in der Provence

Wir sind zum dritten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus gewesen - es war perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit und immer für einem da, wenn man sie braucht. Das Haus ist blitzblank, technisch hervorragend ausgerüstet und sehr gemütlich. Der Garten ist wunderbar und der Pool ein Traum.

Voici la septième année que je profite de ce bâtiment exceptionnel pour mes vacances estivales. Situé au calme, à proximité immédiate d'Avignon et du pont du Gard, non loin de l'Ardèche et du Vaucluse, ce bâtiment bénéficie d'une vue de rêve . d'une piscine à débordement, d'un magnifique jardin entièrement clôturé. Superbement décoré, il bénéficie de tout l'équipement plus que complet et de qualité, cuisine entièrement équipée, lessiveuse, garage, dressing, plancher refroidissant, etc..., sans compter une superbe terrasse couverte munie d'un barbecue, le tout dans un état de propreté et d'entretien parfait. Tout le décor pour des vacances idéales. Enfin, les propriétaires ,de par leur dévouement et leur gentillesse, ne tarderont certainement pas à devenir des amis, comme c'est devenu le cas pour moi au fil des années Tout cela contribue à ce que vous vous sentiez réellement chez vous dans ce paradis

Comment ne pas recommander cette magnifique maison ! La vue panoramique fantastique, la piscine de rêve, une maison super équipée, le calme alentour de la garrigue, idéal pour les ballades à pieds ou en vélo au départ de la maison, le tout à côté du charmant village de Rochefort avec des commerçants charmants (ça devient rare, surtout au mois d'aout), une profusion de ballades touristiques ou culturelles tout autour, les vins du Gard pour agrémenter tout ça.... Ne cherchez plus c'est bien Là ! Sans oublier une spéciale dédicace à Géraldine et à Pascal, les propriétaires des lieux, charmants, souriants et dévoués pour leurs locataires, bref de bien belles vacances !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine très agréable dans cette magnifique villa. La description de la location correspond exactement à ce que nous avons pu trouver sur place. Top of the bill

Pour nos vacances on a l’habitude de nous gâter. On loue chaque année une belle villa. Cette année-ci la villa était vraiment « top ». Un intérieur sobre mais chic, propre et avec tout (!!!) le confort. Une terrasse splendide avec une vue incroyable. Une très belle piscine et un jardin apaisant. Mais aussi un complément pour les propriétaires !!! Des gens très sympathiques et chaleureux. En bref : top of the bill !!!

Phantastisches, luxeriöse...

Phantastisches, luxeriöses Haus mit grossartiger Aussicht. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist äusserst ruhig gelegen und man kann sich perfekt erholen. Trotz dieser Ruhe ist man optimal gelegen für Einkäufein der Nähe und in 20 Minuten erreicht man Avignon. Die Vermieter sind warmherzig, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können allen empfehlen, die Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu verbringen.
