Located in desirable Palmer Ranch, Sarasota, this very clean, meticulously maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1200 square foot condo located on the second floor has been beautifully furnished and decorated in a style that promotes relaxation. We have ensured that your relaxing stay can also keep you connected... High speed wireless internet, and IPTV are included in the rental fee. As well, a full size washer and dryer are available for your use.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed, with the second bedroom featuring a pillow top queen size bed. A queen size sleeper couch, capable of comfortably accommodating two people is located in the living room. Leaving a total capacity of 6 people!!

Tucked away in a nice quiet neighbourhood, this condo is close to a plaza that has every type of store you need, movie theatre, and a Costco. Also walking distance to various bars and restaurants of all tastes and desires. We are also located 10 minutes (by car) to Siesta Key Beach, rated as #1 throughout the USA, and consistently one of the Top 10 in the World.

The price of your stay is all inclusive, and we don't charge you any pesky hidden fees for towels or bed sheets. The kitchen is fully stocked, you won't require any paper or plastic for eating while on this vacation - we've provided all the comforts of home - at this luxurious home-away-from-home. You get everything included our the price.

The condo was great. We'll equipped. Everything was in tip top shape. Great location.

We were very impressed with the cooperation of the owners and their quick response to any question. The condo was extremely clean and we'll equipped. The pool and workout room at the Bella Villino complex met all our expectations. Restaurants and Beaches are very close. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great location

Condo was clean, organized and well furnished. Owners checked in to see if everything was OK or if I needed anything.. Were reachable when I did. Great location, convenient for shopping, beach and downtown Sarasota.
