**A newly built apartment ist situated in Tamariu only 300 m. away from the beach and center**.
The apartment is located on the top floor. It has one a double bed room,one single bed room , one bathroom with shower and a WC.
we find also an open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and living-dining area opened to a wide terrace with beautiful veiws to the sea and Tamariu bay.
Washing aerea with wash machine. In the building there is a lift .One parking space.
**Capacity: 3 people**.
**There is an extra 80€ charge for short stays of between three and six nights. This additional cost is not included in the rental price**.
