In the heart of Black Périgord, GRIVES Our character house is located on a shaded ground on the edge of a very pretty typical hamlet Circaud, ownership of 1 hectare (fruit trees, conifers, bamboo, palm trees ...) with its large swimming pool (very sunny) enjoys a beautiful view of the valley with beautiful scenery. the location is ideal for walks and rest close to nature.
ACTIVITIES NEARBY: 9 km from the medieval village of Belves, ranked as one of the most beautiful villages in France with its cave dwellings to visit its 7 towers and ramparts to admire / A 20 km from the center of Prehistoric Eysies (with its museum and the International Division of the modern prehistory, caves), the cave of Lascaux ... Sarlat with its Summer Festival is 23 km / 9 km from the Dordogne valley with its castles as Beynac, Castelnaud Milandes ,, ..... picturesque sites: Domme, Roque Gageac.

Perfect week

We had a very relaxing week, the house is perfectly equipped and very quiet. One feels very comfortable and the hosts are very welcoming. The area looks like from a fairy tale with all those rolling hills, rivers, medieval villages and castles. We had a great time with our dogs.

Fab holiday

Met by the owners on arrival and shown around the property Yvette spoke a little English which was nice. We were a family of 7 and getting rid of your rubbish is bit of a nightmare as you have to separate food waste which goes into a compost in their rather large garden and the other waste products goes onto a rubbish tip in the centre of the garden. A fan would be a nice touch as it got very warm in the bedroom because it was so hot 🔥. Overall fab stay and thank you.

Urlaub mit 2 Familien

Wir waren sieben Personen, 4 Erwachsene und 3 Teenies. Schönes großes altes Haus , grosser Garten, Terrasse und Pool bieten sehr viel Platz. Es gibt auch viele Möglichkeiten im Schatten zu sitzen. Wir haben unsere Woche vor Ort sehr genossen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Empfang durch die Yvette und Ihrem Mann war sehr herzlich. Die Adresse über Google Maps war nicht so leicht zu finden. Aber es gibt ja ein Telefon. Sie sind sehr nett u zuvorkommend. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu einer Störung des Internets, da ein Traktor die Oberleitung abgerissen hat .Gleich am nächsten Tag brachten sie einen mobilen WLAN Hotspots. Das hat das Teenie Leben erleichtert.😅 In der Gegend haben wir viel unternommen. In Castelnaud gibt es den Bike Bus, wo man sich super tolle Fahrräder leihen kann. Burgen Dorffest vieles ist möglich Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Heerlijk (koel) huis op rustige plek in mooie omgeving

Na een hartelijke ontvangst een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis. Mooi, groot zwembad, veel privacy en perfect om vanuit het huis direct het bos in te lopen met de honden, hard te lopen en mooie fietstochten te maken. Alle bekende dorpen en attracties van de Dordogne binnen handbereik; super!

Séjour très agréable.

Bel endroit calme, isolé, dans la campagne périgourdine. Maison confortable et fonctionnelle qui peut accueillir une grande famille. Grande piscine très agréable, bien protégée par des haies de sapins et de bambous, un peu à l’écart de la maison. Belle terrasse mais on s’y sent à l’étroit à cause d’une haie envahissante. Sinon agréable séjour, maison conviviale. Nombreux dîners barbecue et soirées en terrasse. Randonnées très sympathiques grâce à des circuits balisés entre les villages environnants. Propriétaires très accueillants et très disponibles.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans ce très bel endroit , piscine très bien aménagée et environnement superbe quant à la maison fonctionnelle mais passablement rustique heureusement le beau temps nous a permis d'être constamment dehors. L'an dernier nous avions passé une séjour idyllique à Grives Gircaud chez Y. et C. Sarrut. A tel point que nous avons récidivé cette année. Tout aussi parfait. Le matériel top, les meubles anciens dans la maison de la famille, la piscine privée, le calme, la proximité des sites tels que Belvès, la Roque Gageac, Montpazier ETC...et puis l' accueil tellement chaleureux -" De chez ces gens-là, monsieur, On ne s' en va pas..." Agréable séjour.Propriétaires très accueillants.Gite au calme , possibilité de randonnées, idéal pour footing. Le matin découverte de la région et l'après midi repos autour d'une très belle piscine à l'abri des regards.

Des bonnes vacances !

Tout était super ! La grande piscine privée éclairée si besoin nous a permis de faire des après midi et des soirées avec la musique sans gêner les voisins. Elle était nettoyée tous les matins par une personne extérieure. Table de ping pong, grand terrain pour la pétanque, table extérieure au niveau de la piscine et une autre proche de la maison, 2 barbecues... idéal pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille. Les points à savoir : supermarché à environ 20 min de la maison en voiture. Et maison un peu "rustique" mais très fonctionnelle avec tous les équipements ménagers nécessaires. Je recommande ! Le site internet n'est pas trompeur et met en avant tous les critères sans les fausser. Le plus : les propriétaires sympas et accueillants !

Une super maison bien localisée et au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Dordogne. La maison est très agréable, prestations cohérentes avec le descriptif donné par les propriétaires. Une très bonne surprise avec la piscine et les balançoires, notre petite puce c est vraiment Bien régalée. La localisation est idéale si vous souhaitez profiter des plus beaux sites de la Dordogne ( Sarlat les châteaux de Beynac et Castelnaud , les Ezies , Belves , les marchés de st cyripien et de Montpazier ...) L accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires est à souligner, ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils Pour parfaire notre séjour. Et un soin tout particulier est apporté par eux sur l entretien de la maison, ils sont vraiment à l écoute des locataires c est appréciable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommanderons cette location à nos proches. Merci à monsieur et madame Sarrut

Vacances en SEPTEMBRE 2008 LA TRANQUILLITE...

Maison agréable, confortable,Espace, Barbecue, etc... Nous étions DEUX, mais la Maison peut héberger sans problème une famille nombreuse, ou Groupe d'Amis. Il ne faut oublier la Piscine, sans vis à vis, Cerise, sur le gâteau, nos Amis les Bêtes, peuvent venir, sans danger.... tout est clos... Je relouera, ce bien, si je dois retourner en Dordogne...

Bel endroit tranquille dans une région sauvage. Piscine splendide et très fonctionnelle.

Endroit sauvage et proche d une très jolie ville médiévale. Parfait pour la détente, le repos et les visites culturelles. Proximité de la vallée de la Dordogne appréciable. Gastronomie en prime.

la description de la location est parfaite et bien entretenue, située dans un petit village en hauteur vue superbe et calme total. la piscine sur un vaste terrain est abritée par des haies de bambous. Equipements suffisants pour la farniente De belles balades depuis la maison pour ceux qui aiment la marche Proximité des sites touristiques les plus visités. A recommander
