Perfect stay to enjoy Ibiza

The communication was very good with the owner. The house was located on a nice place with. More then enough parking space and the house provides everything you need.

The location was absolutely fabulous, the outside area was quite nice; and as I explained to the owner for little expense, he could make the apartment quite lovely. Simple items like replacing the bedding and outfitting the kitchen properly and he would have a winner.

Cala Tarida Bungalow

Property is in an ideal location and in good decorative order. Obtaining details about entry were hampered by the language barrier. The listing said WIFI but there was none. The listing said DVD player but it did not work. For a family of four we had two glasses for our stay and four plastic cups to drink from. The air conditioning is only in the sitting room.

The location was great, space was large, kitchen not very well maintained but adequate for the price with crockery. Directions were confusing with google and apple maps giving us the wrong location based on address given via website and directly by owner - a bit stressful considering we arrived quite late at night. Towels were damp drying outside - felt last minute - and there was no toilet roll - which quite frankly was very inconsiderate. No cleaning products. Very basic. Owner always responded quickly, was friendly and helpful - a little bit of effort put into this property thinking about guests comfort would go a long way.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado pero no es como nos lo esperábamos. La comunicación con el dueño no fue para nada buena y encontrarlo nos costó un rato, y que no nos facilitó muy bien la dirección. Cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta de que la limpieza no era buena. Encontramos pelos en todas las sábanas, tuvimos que poner una lavadora para lavarlas. Las toallas del baño tampoco parecían limpias y también tuvimos que limpiarlas. En general, nos resultó que la estancia estaba poco cuidada. La encimera de la cocina sucia, con migas y restos, la vitrocerámica indecente y la nevera tampoco parecía cuidada. En general, la casa estaba poco cuidada. El wifi no se nos conectó en ningún momento y no nos dió ninguna facilidad para arreglarlo, solo que lo intentáramos más veces.Además tiene dos camaras en la sala, lo cual no nos daba mucha confianza.

L'hebergement est bien placé, piscine à proximité et plage à moins de 10min à pieds. Le logement est viellot et meriterait une renovation. La literie est très molle et abesoin d'être changée. Quand nous sommes arrivés le logement n'etait pas nettoyé et très sale, nous devions l'avoir pour 16h mais la femme de ménage n'est arrivée qu'à 17h, elle a bien travaillé mais nous n'avons disposé de l"appartement qu'à partir de 19h(un peu long quand on s'est réveillé à 2h du matin pour prendre l'avion). La douche n'a plus de bonde et il y a des remontées d'odeur, nous devions la boucher avec un torchon. La climatisation fonctionne mais est trop froide et aucun moyen de regler la température.

El bungalow esta completamente equipado con menaje para 5 personas. Este señor pretendia que le llevara una olla grande y mas cojines. Como si fuera un hotel de 5 estrellas. Para 5 personas y de 5 estrellas . Por 5 dias. En ibiza y 5 personas. Por el irrisorio precio de 550€. Patetico...

Hola. En respuesta al correo de lilou. En ningun momento me han transferido nonguna queja durantela estancia. Ni a mi ni a la persona que lleva el mantenimiento. Si es cierto que puede haber habido algun problema por control de plagas de la comunidad y que se ha transmitido a mi propiedad por encontrar salida para morir. Alguna cucaracha muerta. No lo pude remediar durante su estancia por que tenia que hacer un tratamiento de 18 horas sin personas para solucionarlo. Ya esta ejecutado y soluccionado el problema. La higiene de estas chicas que dejaron todo lleno de tampax y compresas con sangre no ayuda nada a la higiene del bungalow. Tengo fotos. Es demostrable

Una buena experiencia

El apartamento tiene una ubicación perfecta, al lado de las mejores calas de Ibiza,. Cala tarida a 3 minutos andando, cala compte a 2'5 km, san Antonio a 20 min. La casa tiene mucho potencial, hay que hacer reformillas, las camas, el sofá, alguna cosa más de menaje ... Eso sí, la nevera es la mejor que he tenido en un apartamento de vacaciones, el wifi no va bien, pero también ha sido bueno desconectar de todo.tiene una terraza maravillosa y está al lado del mar, qué más podemos pedir. La zona muy tranquila, la piscina sin horario restrictivo , hasta las 23h ,perfecto para después, darte un baño después de recorrer la maravillosa isla. Hay dos supermercados cerca, un restaurante en la piscina que se come de lujo y con música muy buena. Juan es una persona encantadora y dispuesta a ayudar en todo para que estés lo mejor posible. En general, la experiencia ha sido muy buena y nosotros hemos viajado mucho, así que en general lo recomiendo. En la casa no hay cucarachas, pero es un bajo y entran bichos porque está en el campo. La naturaleza y el ambiente que engloba la casa hace que se encuentren soluciones a ese pequeño problema. Volvería, sin duda.

Quelle horreur

Bonjour, L’endroit est bien placé un endroit calme. Par contre comme nous sommes rentrés dans la maison, on a constaté dans la chambre des traces de crachats sur les murs ou de morve donner. Il y a des cafards énorme de partout. Je n’ai pas voulu faire d’histoire car j’étais en vacances mais j’avais honte. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cette endroit. Je trouve ça scandaleux et honteux je ne comprends pas comment on peut louer abdel endroit aussi sale est en piteux état. Ça sent l’humidité, il y a des cafards partout et c’est sale.

perdone usted. eso no es cierto. y no consiento que degrade mi propiedad. si eso fuera cierto haberse puesto en contacto conmigo, cosa que es imposible, si usted no ha sabido disfrutar de sus vacaciones y de la isla de ibiza no lo pague conmigo. llevo 15 años con la propiedad y jamas he tenido un comentario como este... y si hubiera tenido algun problema haberse puesto en contacto conmigo. me parece soez y barriobajero.. amen de que no tiene que pagar sus frustacciones conmigo.

Nice property but needs improvement

Location instructions were late and very confusing. It took hours to find the place. All power was off upon entry. Cooking pans were dirty and inadequate. Many light bulbs missing. Internet password was never given and we did without.. There were exactly 2 (one small and one regular) wine glasses. We paid in full upon booking and had to cancel the first day because of flight change but no rebate. This is not what we have come to expect from VRBO.
