The apartment is very nerby the harbor with it's restaurants an shops. The appartment was very clean and the place is enough space for 4 persons. The host was very friendly. Everything was pefect.

Wonderful Location

Jacky was an excellent host and very helpful. The apartment is simple in its layout and furnishing ( not a criticism as it is very characteristic of apartments in the Clos Vauban area). The apartment is well equipped which was also very helpful. The apartment is also very well situated as a base for exploring St Martin de Re and other parts of Il de Re

"The flat was spotlessly ...

"The flat was spotlessly clean, had enough room and an outside table to have breakfast at. The bathroom and shower room were nice. The flat itself is two minutes walk from the harbour, a great location, was very quiet and peaceful. We loved St Martin and Ile de Re in gneral. It is great place, beautiful, classy and great for children as well as couples. Great seafood and oysters were good, not as good as our Scottish but they are nice. Would recommend it to families and couples. Mr B and his wife are lovely people also."

Joli appartement dans un endroit très calme et central

L'acceuil par M. Bertrand était chaleureux, toute la communication était rapide et instructive - parfait. L'appartement est situé excellent, *totalement* calme, mais seulement quelques pas du port et du centre-ville - formidable! L'appartement est assez confortable, même si le salon/salle à manger/cuisine combiné n'est pas très grand. Pour 2 personnes, c'est correct, pour plus, ce n'est vraiment suffisant que pendant les étés chauds. De plus, la porte d'entrée se trouve juste à côté de la cuisine et il n'y a guère de place pour les chaussures ou les vestes près de la porte. La terrasse est très grande et on peut bien s'y asseoir au soleil. L'aménagement est fait avec amour, moderne et en très bon état, même la salle de bain! La machine à laver et le lave-vaisselle sont en très bon état. Les commentaires sur l'étroitesse du garage sont partiellement valables: avec une grosse voiture, c'est un peu difficile, mais avec une voiture de la taille d'une Peugeot 208 etc., ce n'est pas du tout un problème si on sait conduire. En résumé: je réserverais à nouveau cet appartement!

Beste Lage, ruhig, hervorragende Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, schönem Bad und extra WC war die perfekte Ausgangslage, um den hübschen Ort und die Insel per Fahrrad zu erkunden. Take away Pizza für Teenager in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Für die Eltern bietet der Markt Meeresfrüchte, Käse, Obst etc. vom Feinsten. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Bonne, sauf le box pour la voiture qui est trop petit. J’ai esquinté mon véhicule, puis j’ai passé le reste de la semaine sur le parking payant à 32€ la journée…

Vacances en appartement au calme

Très bonne semaine de vacance chez Jacky. Un accueil chaleureux, une description minutieuse de l’appartement. L’appartement est propre, calme et rien ne manque. Le jardin et surtout le parking sont des atouts incontestables. Le tout est situé très proche du port et des commerces. Une belle découverte !
