Villa Maria, House just front beach/sea with free unlimited Wi-Fi connection . Owner live in same property using same main gate. The house is probabily really appreciate from family with childrens since is just on the private beach no road to cross. Including in price you usually get 1 umbrella with 2 chairs on a Private Beach "La Siesta Stabilimento Balneare" and if you need more you will pay an extra direct to owner of the beach. Location is only 7km distance both from Terracina and San felice circeo, we reccomend to have a car in order to go around even just to reach the supermarket 1km from the house.

During summer months renting are for at least 2 weeks, while April May and Sept.-October we accept request for a week.
Renting usually are from Sat to Saturday or from Sunday to Saturday.

Beautiful beachfront villa

This is the most amazing house,what I saw in Terracina! Everything was fine, but of course you have to stay there with car, Marco is very friendly, knows everything about your future comfort, and offer how to improve your accommodations! I think it is the most romantic place for loving people, the villa Maria on the sea is the perfect place to stay there with children and family! Anyway this place is Fantastic, we stayed there 28 days and never regret! Do not think a lot, choose this place, because others in this residence are not so comfortable as this!

Villa direttamente sulla spiaggia. Esattamente 10 metri dal mare. Ordine e pulizia sono veramente l'anima della casa. La Sig.ra Maria è una persona discreta ma sempre presente nel momento del bisogno. Non siamo mai stati così bene anche con i privilegi della spiaggia e tutti i servizi inclusi. La consiglio a tutti gli amanti del mare

La migliore posizione di tutta la costa

Come posizione è imbattibile, noi torniamo sempre qui dopo anni anche perché è esattamente dove deve essere per una vacanza ideale. La spiaggia davanti è la più ampia e orgqnizzata di tutta la baia, e il lido è il migliore di tutti come pulizia, ordine e manutenzione. Punti forti, oltre la posizione: wifi antenna sky (occorre portarsi il proprio decoder ovviamente) ampio posto auto interno doppi servizi A/C nelle camere spazi adeguati (molto comodi per 4 persone) famiglia superospitale e disponibile, sempre gentilissimi, ormai siamo di casa bici a disposizione qualche cosina da migliorare: bagni un pochino vecchi a/c anche in salone? (non so se fattibile) un po' di spazio verde tipo giardinetto al posto di una parte dell'orto fra la casa e l'altra casa della famiglia, o comunque ripensare parzialmente gli spazi esterni... Grazie ancora alla famiglia Mercuri, speriamo di poter ripetere ancora l'anno prossimo, sarebbe il sesto consecutivo!

great relax

The house is conveniently located near the beach / sea. Conveniently relax with children as there is no danger. The house is clean and there are all the necessary. The hosts are very welcoming and helped us solve problems. During our stay there was a storm and disconnected Wi fi, the owner gave us the opportunity to use his personal mobile router. We had a very nice stay despite the storm. We think to come back to this house next summer

"L''appartamento è come descritto, ma non ci sono bici disponibili, perlomeno non ce n''erano quando ci siamo stati noi. Il resto l''avevamo verificato di persona mesi prima. Nel frasttempo sono state migliorate connettività wifi, ora ottimale, e la ricezione satellitare. La vera forza della casa è la location davanti alla spiaggia, comodissima."

Why they chose this property

People really appreciate to stay just front beach without any road to cross, best and easy place with childrens. On walking distance on the beach you get different restaurant and pizzeria to enjoy your meal for Lunch & Dinner, or even to drink a pleasent coffee for breakfast, just after your first swim in the morning.

What makes this property unique

Fantastic place for a family front beach, ideal with childrens since they do not need to cross a road. Private beach is usually included in the treatment, 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom. Shower outside in the garden confortable when you come back from the beach. Playground area just front the villa with more activity available on the beach like Beach Tennis, Wolley ball, Bar and Fish restaurants by beach available for lunch or dinner time during summer season 1 june to 15 september.
For cleaning is possible on request on site around 10 euro/hour minimun of 3 hours at one time. Just advice us writing to: mercuri72@gmail.com or send sms to: +39335 1757207
Villa is located inside Residence Due Palme well known in the area because is very clean thanks to a proper person Mauro dedicate full time all year long. Residence is made of 100 vacation summer home, so not more than 400, people stay inside even in august busiest month in summer. Full of young boys and girls with different activities organized on the beach.
