We found the property itself to be pretty, well equipped and furnished with comfortable beds but we had some issues. Communication wasn't great, not all messages were responded to.The lane leading to the property is very, very narrow and is not a through road. We couldn't actually get out of the car until we were alongside the gate to the property, it's that narrow but would be OK if you had a small car and were confident reversing back out onto the adjoining road. We found that the public parking was always available close to the property.Our biggest issues was that we received a message 2 days before arrival to say proper linen was an additional 50 euro, cash only on arrival; only disposable linen was supplied which we considered unusable. We took a walk the first evening only to discover that high tide brings a terrible stench to parts of the town making it very, very unpleasant to walk through, though it didn't seem to effect the marina side of down as badly. We would not consider returning.
Very narrow dead end lane with no turning space. We could only exit the car when along side the gate to the house and even that was tight. A no go for large SUV's and all but small estate cars.
Disposable linen supplied was like sand paper and not even proper covers, just large sheets. Thankfully we had some real linen with us.

Bonjour, je suis désolé que la maison ne vous ai pas satisfait Et dommage que vous n’ayez pas spécifié que vous étiez avec une personne à mobilité réduite Vous avez su lire les instructions à ce niveau, par contre les autres indications qui spécifiées Que le ménage restait à votre charge, ne vous a pas inquiéter Ménage pas fait, nous avons trouvé les toilettes avec des excréments au sol et le long des murs Des canettes de bière vide dans le placard

Bien placée dans la ville, proche (à pied) de la boulangerie, du marché produits frais le mardi matin et du port tous les matins pour achats de poissons frais, huîtres et coquillages...plage. Maison fonctionnelle et agréable avec cheminée, quartier très calme.Carrefour contact pas loin pour complément. Parfait pour visites touristiques aux alentour et repos

Maison agréable et super bien située des lieux de visites , musées, plages. Le centre est accessible par un petit chemin à pieds pratique pour aller se promener. Pas de place de parking devant mais la voiture peut être stationnée vraiment pas loin. Nous avons passé un bon week end sous le soleil au calme et rempli de souvenirs.

Grand camp Maisy

Belle location, calme avec belle terrasse, bien agencée. Proche des excursions, cimetière américain, Ohama beach, isigny, la ponte du Hoc... Ne pas rater la visite de la fabrique de caramels. Très bon séjour et une gentillesse des habitants, restaurateurs et commerçants. Une petite faim je vous recommande le restaurant dans Grand camp Maisy, la Marine, ne paie pas de mine, mais un menu peu cher, copieux et gourmand.

Bon accueil de Pascal et Martine. Maison fonctionnelle.Terrasse agréable malheureusement peu occupée avec les grosses averses que nous avons subi.En effet le lieu d'acces est etroit pour une voiture mais les parkings vraiment sont très proches. Le centre ville tout près les commercants les restaurateurs sympas. Puis pour finir allez au port acheter votre poisson!!
