Refurnished Oceanfront Corner Unit with Easy Beach Access 2nd Floor

Spall Repair and Exterior Painting Project:
The resort will be undergoing construction for spall repair and exterior painting. Tower 2 is scheduled from 9/11/2023 to 2/2/24. Our unit is in Tower 2, but the lanai is no longer impacted (lanai work completed).

Note: Tower 1 is scheduled to start in 2024 on approximately 8/12/2024.

Construction will be limited to weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. There will be no work on weekends unless the construction is running behind schedule.

REMODEL PLANNED! Our condo will be going through a remodel this summer, which will be completed by Fall of 2024!

The Whaler is located in the heart of Kaanapali Beach where shops, restaurants, golf courses and beach activities are just around the corner! No car needed to enjoy your vacation since everything is walking distance from the condominium.

This beautiful recently refurnished (fall 2023) one bedroom and two bath non-smoking, non-pet OCEANFRONT condominium (941 sq ft) is one of the best locations within the resort! It's located just on the 2nd floor facing directly to the beach and ocean! The pool, beach and other amenities are just a few steps away! The condo (unit 251 in Tower II) has a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and much more! Enjoy the breathtaking, unobstructed ocean view right from your own personal wrap around lanai (additional 408 sqft)!

Oceanfront Corner Unit Review
Stayed for the week of July 4th. Whaler: Attentive staff, easy check in, very pretty property, well maintained, ample parking in either the underground garage or out by the tennis courts. Has shopping carts in the garage to assist getting items to condo. Nice pool. Tennis & Pickleball courts. Beach front, so great location. Owner very responsive. Clean. Pretty run down (as noted in other reviews). Desperately in need of paint, new carpet and a whole list of "honey do" projects--faucets either stiff and hard to operate or flat out leak all over the place (kitchen). Towel racks and TP holders loose. Need to use caution in sitting in some of the chairs (one of the dining chairs may collapse at any moment and your butt might get pretty close to the ground in one living room chair). No stock of paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, dish washer pods were really old and crusty. Overall, a bunch of stuff like this. However, the kitchen appliances are nice, the kitchen is well equipped, all the doors, windows and screens work fine and it's a nice sized place. As long as you don't get bothered by the general neglect of the place, it's a great location in a great property and is a good home base on Maui for a week.
