Spall Repair and Exterior Painting Project:
The resort will be undergoing construction for spall repair and exterior painting. Tower 2 is scheduled from 9/11/2023 to 2/2/24. Our unit is in Tower 2, but the lanai is no longer impacted (lanai work completed).
Note: Tower 1 is scheduled to start in 2024 on approximately 8/12/2024.
Construction will be limited to weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. There will be no work on weekends unless the construction is running behind schedule.
REMODEL PLANNED! Our condo will be going through a remodel this summer, which will be completed by Fall of 2024!
