Clean, large space, ski in/ski out, can walk to the upper lodge or take shuttle to the main lodge. Nice to have a garage parking. Hot tub was a nice benefit.
We go to 7 Springs every Labor Day Weekend and this was by far one of our favorite townhouses to stay at. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a successful stay. We especially loved the hot tub on the back porch.
Wonderful family vacation. We took our young kids here for a last minute summer getaway. We had an incredible time hiking, exploring the area, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub.
Beautiful property. Clean and well-maintained. Owner provided helpful information & directions prior to check-in. Check-in was easy. Had a wonderful family vacation!
My husband and I stayed with two other couples for our 40th High School Reunion. The place was beautiful and we had no issues at all. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked, private hot tub was great, shuttle service takes you back and forth to the resort. Would definitely stay again.
Booked a last minute trip over Christmas. Tom and Nancy were super responsive and got us quickly set up. The place clean, well sticker and great location. Hope to be back soon!
The property was great: lots of space, convenient to the slopes, hot tub for apres-ski. The house was clean, kitchen stocked with great cooking equipment. The fireplace was cozy and inviting. Absolutely recommend! We will return again.
Every year I put together a ski trip with friends. This property made our trip that much better. Providing ski in ski out made it so much more enjoyable with good restaurants close by and amenities. Thank you Tom !
The place was just as advertised. Beautiful, great location, clean and so enjoyable! The hosts were amazing. Responsive and caring. We would highly recommend.
Very nice home. Clean and well maintained. Gated community. Everything was as described and pictured. Nice accommodations. Would highly recommend this property and owners. A+
This was our second time staying in Southwind and we just love the setting. Now ... if we can just get the weather to cooperate and get the chair lift running we would be all set. Snow or no snow, I would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Our stay at Nancy and Tom’s house was excellent. The conditions in the house were exactly as advertised and communicated. The instructions for everything were so well done and helpful. The weather did not quite cooperate for skiing, but there is so much to do in the area in terms of outdoors activities. We highly recommend the hosts and this excellent house.
The property itself is very nicely decorated and comfortable although the main living space is a bit cramped. We had a very nice 4 days visiting and spending time at the lodge. Heating on the lower and upper floors needs help…if you were on the main floor, it was fine…otherwise, very cold. The dryer also could use some work..it takes forever to dry clothing. Communication with the owners was A. Wish we would have had snow and not rain but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Property was spotless which is always a plus.

So glad you had a good time! For future reference, we ask everyone to leave the heat set on 60, and use the fireplaces on each floor to supplement the heat. The thermostat is on the main floor. Everyone sets the heat on 70 and turns on the main fireplace. It gets too hot, they turn on the A/C and the first and 3rd floors get frigid. The heat works fine if you don’t use the fireplaces, but this is a ski house and that’s what everyone comes for. Just don’t let it get too hot in the great room. Thanks again and happy holidays!!
