Maui Kamaole #A-201 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view unit on the second floor. It has air conditioning throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, Blu-ray player, telephone, and free Wifi. There is a California king bed and a queen bed. For outdoor activities, Maui Kamaole #A-201 is equipped with beach chairs, and beach towels. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.
Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kamaole Beach #3 is just across from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping and beautiful ocean views, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for their long sandy shoreline. The water is crystal clear which makes for great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

We had a great start in this unit. It had everything we needed our wanted. We especially appreciated the ice chest, beach chairs and cart. The directions are accurate and made it easy to find and access. It's a really comfortable lay out and beautifully styled. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and the ocean view was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and had a great view. However, on the day of our arrival we were notified that the master toilet was broken and would be replaced two days later on Monday. The owners said we would be notified about a time range when the plumber would arrive. Monday came and went with absolutely no update. On Tuesday we were awakened by someone typing the code to enter our condo. We had not been told when, or if, the plumber was arriving on Tuesday, so it was a shock to us.Also, we wanted to know when they would arrive so we could open the door for them and not have the plumber use our door code to enter himself. Three nights without a functional toilet was not what we paid for. Otherwise it was great.

Pictures don’t do this property justice! The area is perfect for families… close to shopping in Wailea, great beaches for snorkeling and so many fantastic restaurants. The condo has been recently renovated and very clean. The ocean view didn’t disappoint! We loved every minute and can’t wait to visit again!!

A piece of paradise

Wake up to the sound of birds and a beautiful ocean view. Just minutes from the ocean and restaurants, this condo has everything you need for a great stay in Maui. The condo is well equipped. The only thing missing is a shade on the balcony to block some of the afternoon sun.

So glad we stayed in this second/top-floor condo unit. Interior is updated and modern. Very nice upstairs loft-bedroom with king bed, main floor bedroom with queen bed, pull-out couch in living area with very comfy bed too. Everything was clean. Great to have beach & snorkel gear stored in a closet on the deck. Incredible views of the water and sunset. Easy parking and entry. Would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodation was great and communication in advance was very thorough. However, I wasn’t sure how to contact the property owners/manager; I couldn’t reach them through VRBO communication channel to confirm some of the supplies onsite before we arrived, or during to inform them of some of the lights that were burnt out. But otherwise great location and nice to have a kitchen and all the beach supplies provided.

Lovely sunset views from the deck.

The place suited my son and I perfectly. Our only complaint is that the kitchen was overstocked with cooking items (2 sets of pots and pans, 2 knife blocks) and the cupboards had not been organized with like items together. This is probably because that is not a job for the housekeepers, and with successive tenants, the cupboards have become jumbled.

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at A201 Maui Kamaole. The condo itself has been updated beautifully & the beds are comfy. The kitchen is well equipped. The real star of the condo is the great views of the ocean & the west facing lanai is perfect for sunsets & star gazing. We had no need to contact the property manager as we had no issues at all. One very small suggestion would be to plumb in the ice maker in the freezer.
