Très bien situé, car le centre de Paimpol est à 15mn. Le lieu est calme, l'accueil très sympa .La salle de bain est un peut petite, mais pour le reste c'est très cocon.

Très bon séjour de Pâques

La location est très agréable, bien aménagée, propre. C'est conforme à la description. Un rafraichissement de la SDB rendrait la location encore plus de cachet. Le week-end a été parfait, et nous avons apprécié la proximité du GR et du centre-ville de Paimpol. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schönes Zimmer/Appartement

Schönes Zimmer mit Esstisch und Küche und toller Terasse, die groß genug ist für mehrere Wohnungen in dem Haus. Das Bad würden wir allerdings mehr als Notlösung bezeichnen. Aber insgesamt haben wir dort ein paar schöne Tage verbracht, bei denen wir mit unseren Fahrrädern in der Umgebung unterwegs waren (Fahrradgarage vorhanden).

BON SEJOUR

Séjour agréable à Paimpol car logement bien situé et à proximité immédiate de la mer, des sentiers pédestres et centre ville. Par contre le logement est vieillot, très mal insonorisé et mérite un bon rafraichissement . La terrasse en bois est pourrie et limite dangereuse mais le propriétaire va faire le nécessaire à l'automne. Pas de séparation avec les voisins permettant de manger tranquillement dehors. Un réfrigérateur avec un freezer pour pouvoir faire des glaçons serait un minimum !

Une location qui dû être très bien et qui le sera peut-être à nouveau un jour.

La location est idéalement située pour visiter Paimpol et sa région. Possibilité de nombreuses balades sans avoir recours à la voiture. Calme assuré. Pour ce qui est du logement, nous avons été déçus non par son exigüité que nous avions perçue par les photos mais par sa vétusté. La terrasse est dans un état lamentable voire dangereux. Sa rénovation programmée aurait été empêchée par le confinement pour cause de COVID 19. Or son aspect actuel laisse à penser qu'il ne devait pas déjà être très bon il ya deux ou trois ans. Le mobilier de jardin est à l'avenant, surtout remarquable par sa rouille. D'une manière générale on peut dire que cette location a dû être très coquette par le passé. Aujourd'hui, un gros effort de restauration s'impose. Dans l'état actuel, location à éviter. Dommage!
