Tolles Ferienhaus in Odeceixe

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen in der Oberstadt von Odeceixe, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch gern im Patio gesessen.

Un séjour au calme dans un très joli village

Merci à Paula pour son accueil et ses conseils. La maison est bien située, en haut du village, et très bien équipée. Elle reste fraîche la nuit 😄. Les deux salles de bain sont très pratiques. Le petit train qui amène à la plage 🏖 est un plus pour ne pas utiliser la voiture. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Paula.

A very nice house in a lovely little town

We can warmly recommend this house in Odeceixe. The house is perfectly located at 10 (going downhill) to 15 (back uphill) minutes from the town centre (lovely town). There are a few small shops and bakeries nearby (2-3 minutes walking distance). The house small but very comfortable, tidy and well-maintained. We were a company of 2 couples - so having 2 separate bathrooms with shower and toilet each is extremely convenient. The terrace is perfect to eat outside and to relax in between your walks along the fishermen's path.

Hübsches Strandhäuschen wenige Autominuten vom Praia de Odeceixe

Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie 10 Tage dort verbracht. Die Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Paula war prompt und unkompliziert. Aufgrund der Fotos war uns klar, dass das Häuschen recht klein ist, doch durch den kleinen aber gemütlichen Patio gab es genug Raum für alle. Auf dem Patio hat man schon morgens Sonne, wenn es heiß ist, bietet die Überdachung ausreichend Schatten. Die kleine "Außenküche" ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch gerade auch weil die Küche recht wenig Arbeitsfläche bietet. In der Küche fehlt leider eine Spülmaschine, ansonsten gibt es jedoch im Haus alles was man benötigt. Der DVD-Spieler hat leider nicht funktioniert (schwarz/weiß). Wir haben allerdings auch keine Energie aufgewendet, um dem Problem auf die Spur zu kommen. Fazit: Ideal als kleines Strandhaus (am optimalsten sicher für zwei Personen). Kann im Hinblick auf Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen werden. Als erfahrene Fewo-direkt-Bucherin würde ich sagen, dass das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Hinblick auf Größe und Ausstattung nicht ganz stimmt. Wir waren jedoch das erste Mal an der Algarve und das im August in der absoluten Hochsaison aufgrund der Ferien in Frankreich und Portugal. Das kann natürlich den Preis begründen.

gemütliches Heim

Wir haben uns im Haus von Paula Marquez sehr wohlgefühlt. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es sind alle notwendigen Haushaltsgeräte und - gegenstände vorhanden, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hängematte im Garten, in der man herrlich entspannen kann. Man kann sich in dem Haus richtig zu Hause fühlen. Ein kleinerNachteil ist, dass abends und in den Morgenstunden viel Verkehr auf der Straße ist. Dadurch wird es manchmal laut. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr empfehlenswert. Und der Strand in Odeceixe ist der schönste an der ganzen Küste.

Séjour de 1 semaine agréable et dans 1 village reposant. Propriétaire disponible et réactive quand on a eu un problème d eau chaude. La rue est très fréquentée par les voitures. Le prix de 740 eur est un peu cher en comparant avec d autres maisons.

Casa Odeceixe

It was a nice house with erverything you need in holiday. It was clean and perfekt for a family witch children. Two bath- and bedrooms are inside, so you have no problems in the morning to be ready for take off or going to the beach;-) Unfortunately, the washin machine was broken, but no problem in holiday...We didn`t need it really. The kitchen is ok and the livingroom was nice. You have European SAT-TV in the house... but we`ve missed a radio... Alltogether it was a very great time in Odeceixe und especially in that house. Thanks a lot for all the good moments.

As for the machine, it is working because I experienced, possibly been any difficulty in putting it to work. Uma semana relaxada

Eu e a minha família ficamos 6 dias nesta casa. Fica localizada no cimo de um monte, no topo da vila de Odeceixe em tem todas as infrastruturas em seu redor, mini mercado, padaria, etc. A casa é térrea portanto adequa-se bem a pessoas de ideade e o interior da casa é bem funcional e confortável e não sentimos falta de nada durante a nossa estadia. O exterior, com o alpendre na sombra, oferece um local para refrescar e disfrutar do ar livre. Passamos uma bela temporada e recomendaria a casa também a amigos e familiares.
