Terrasse mit Fenster

In der Beschreibung des Objekts hat die Gastgeberin unterschlagen, dass auf der Terrasse ein Schlafzimmer des Nachbarn angrenzt, dessen Fenster bei sommerlichen Temperaturen immer geöffnet ist. Eine "bella Serata" ist somit nur eingeschränkt möglich. Die Sicht von der Dachterrasse ist trotz allem atemberaubend. Schön wäre es, wenn dieser Aussichtspunkt noch etwas liebevoller eingerichtet wäre. Der kleine Ort über dem Ort liegt traumhaft mit guter Busverbindung nach Lerici und einer netten Bar, in der sich die Einheimischen treffen. Italien, wie man es liebt.

wunderbarer Ort

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in La Serra. Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhlich. Da sich jeder Raum auf einem Stockwerk befindet. Das Highlight des Ferienhauses ist die Dachterasse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen der gut zu Fuss ist und keinen Wert auf Komfort legt.

Authentische Ferienwohnung in autofreier Altstadt mit atemberaubendem Golfblick

Entspannter und ruhiger Aufenthalt in einem originalem Wohnhaus im ruhigen Ortsteil La Serra oberhalb von Lerici. Atemberaubender Blick über den Golfo dei poeti! Allerdings nichts für Fußkranke, die Wohnung erstreckt sich über insgesamt 4 Stockwerke incl. Dachterrasse. Recht steile Stufen, aber das gilt ja ohnehin für die gesamte Region und macht zugleich deren Reiz aus. Ganz unkomplizierte Vermieterin, Kommunikation tadellos. Gute Lage für wunderschöne Wanderungen in die Umgebung, gute Busanbindung. Wir haben das Auto größtenteils stehen gelassen (Parkplatzsituation war in der Nachsaison aber entspannt). Ausstattung war ausreichend, Größe der Wohnung für 2 Personen ideal.

rapport qualité prix convenable

L'appartement correspond à la description.Toutes les pièces se supperposent et sont reliées par un escalier. La petite terrasse sur les toits est très appréciable. L'accueil est excellent. Les commerces de proximité (bar, boulangerie, presse et épicerie) sont présents dans le village. Pour circuler dans la région il faut prendre connaissance des horaires de navettes.

Schöner Urlaub in einem lebendigen Dorf

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und haben das "autofreie" Dorf genossen. Die Hilfbereitschaft und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war gut. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung: etwas ganz Besonderes mit vielen Treppen, nicht so vielen Kochutensilien und einem wunderbaren Ausblick von der Terasse. Das Dorf hat uns mit einem außerodentlich schönen Chorkonzert in der kleinen Kirche und mit einem Rockkonzert in der Bar, wo wir mit dem ganzen Dorf auf der Straße tanzten, beschenkt!

Wunderbare Lage

Sehr nettes Vermieterpaar, das uns im Dorf herumgeführte und in alles Wesentlich eingeweihte, auch für Fragen zur Verfügung stand (italienisch). Wir mochten das alte Haus sehr, auf jeder Etage ein Zimmer und der Clou: die einfache kleine Dachterasse mit grandioser Aussicht. Für zwei Leute, die noch gut Treppen steigen können und es einfach mögen, ist es toll. Aus unserer Sicht ist es nicht für mehr Personen geeignet. Die Küche ist klein und einfach eingerichtet, wir haben ein scharfes Messer und ein Schneidebrett vermisst, hatten kein Problem mit 2 Gasplatten zum Kochen. Das Dorf, oberhalb der Bucht ( viele Treppenstufen ins Tal und zum Strand, die wir gern gegangen sind), fanden wir zauberhaft mit seinen hohen schmalen Häusern, altem Torbogen und Glockenturm, außerdem Bar mit sehr netter Bedienung (wo das Dorf sich trifft) Restaurant, kleiner Laden und Poststelle, also alles was man braucht. Uns ist der Abschied schwer gefallen, wir würden gern wieder kommen, Andrea und Stephan

Settimana ad agosto

Sono stata molto contenta di aver scelto questa casa. E' molto carina, pulitissima e dotata di tutto. Sicuramente la quantità di scale non è per tutti ma la vista dal terrazzo vale sicuramente i gradini! E' un posto ideale per chi, come me, non si muove in macchina. Da La Serra si va piacevolmente a piedi fino a Lerici (circa 20 minuti in discesa) e si torna, se no si vuole affrontare la salita, con il bus.

Simple house in non-parking area

Beautiful view and panorama from the roof terrace over the Bay of Lerici. However: inside it is a narrow house with high stairs, old furniture (and without airco and WIFI). The picture from the house outside also gives a different view which is not shown on the internet site ! Biggest problem is that there is no parking facility in the whole neighbourhood (ZTL-zone) with people making quarrels over the very view parking places down the hill. We could not use the car therefore which is quite a disadvantage. The pathway to the sea is 30 minutes, and 500 meters below, which is quite a heavy walk (or you can take the bus). For those who can accept these limitations it maybe a nice place with small steep streets. Café Evora around the corner has 2 hospitable owners Ana and Hugo, who can provide you with cheap Italian food and drinks. We however think that the price rate is too high for this house.

I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili alle esogenze dell ospite. La casa é in una posizione scomoda e priva di paecheggio. La vista sul golfo per quanto bella non ripaga della lontananza dal paese che si raggiunge a piedi con una passeggiata do circa 20 minuti. E peraltro presentw una navetta che da Lerici porta alla casa in zona Serra.

Schönes kleines Häuschen mittendrin in La Serra mit traumhafter Dachterasse.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, witziges Haus mit einem Zimmer pro Etage, die Dachterasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick. Leider sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, z.B. sollte man sich ein scharfes Messer mitbringen etc.

Super schönes erholsames Domizil mit tollem Ausblick i

Das 3-stöckige ! Haus liegt im Herzen des kleinen ruhigen, typisch italienischen Ortes La Sierra, überhalb des größeren Ortes Lerici. 3stöckig, weil in jedem Stockwerk sich ein kleines Zimmer befindet (Eingangsbereich, Küche/Bad, Schlafzimmer) und eine Dachterrasse mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer und Lerici, super geeignet um zu Frühstücken, oder am Abend den Sonnenuntergang zu betrachten. Ohne touristisches Schnickschnack, authentisch, italienisch, sehr ordentlich und sauber. Der Weg vom Meer, oder der Promenade von Lerici nach La Sierra hoch ist steil, aber sehr idyllisch und dauert je nach Kondition zwischen 30 und 45 Minuten. Die Gastgeber sind nett und herzlich.

Super séjour à Lerici!

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille à Lerici. La ville est très agréable, on est tout proche des 5 terres que nous avons visitées en prenant le train à la Spezia (15 mn en voiture de la maison). La région est magnifique. La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle, y déjeuner le matin face à la mer ou y dîner le soir face au coucher du soleil est une expérience inoubliable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Tilde, son mari et sa fille. Ils sont absolument charmants, disponibles et bienveillants. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture, ils nous aidé tout de suite et nous ont conduit au garage!!! La maison est vraiment très agréable, au coeur d'un petit village typique italien sur les hauteurs. La maison était très propre lorsque nous sommes arrivés et nos hôtes avaient pris la peine de mettre une bouteille d'eau au frais! Petite attention qui nous a fait plaisir! Le couchage est de très bonne qualité, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner avec en prime la vue sur la mer par la fenêtre de la cuisine. Bref, une excellente adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Catherine

Magique point de vue

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La location est parfaite pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Les enfants dorment dans le canapé lit au premier étage et les parents dans la chambre au 3 étage. La maison est typique des maisons de village en Italie. Une maison étroite sur 4 niveaux avec une terrasse sur le toit, ce qui fait le charme de cette location. La vue est magnifique sur le golf des poètes. Accès à la ville de lerici en 15-20 min à pied. Idéal pour la visite des cinque terre car à l'écart dans un hameau charmant et très vivant mais au calme sans touristes. La Spezia d'où partent les trains pour les cinque terren est à 20 min de voiture il y a un parking gratuit à proximité de la gare. Je recommence cette location!

ruhiger Aufenthalt über dem Meer

Gefallen hat uns: Der Ortsteil La Serra ist autofrei und die Bewohner ausgesprochen freundlich. Frisches Brot und andere Lebensmittel konnten wir uns gleich ums Eck holen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, bot aber alles, wie beschrieben. Beim Frühstück bez. Abendessen beeindruckte der weite Blick über den Golf - ein feines Vergnügen. Herzlichen Dank an die netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter.

Vista fantastica

La premessa è che la vista dalla terrazza è davvero indimenticabile, noi abbiamo fatto tutti i pasti in terrazza... la casa è su 3 livelli piu la terrazza, non consigliata a chi odia le scale o ha difficoltà motorie. C era tutto il necessario e nel paesino sono tutti molto disponibili. Difficoltà nel parcheggio la sera dopo cena. Lerici non dista molto ma non conviene avventurarsi a piedi soprattutto a causa delle pendenze nel ritorno.

Esperienza unica ricca di bellezza, antica, piacevole ... ma anche un po faticosa per la sua altezza

La casa è di altri tempi quando la vita era fatta di scale tanto più ripide e faticose quanto più soddisfazione ti dava arrivare all'apice e poter ammirare ciò che i poeti hanno definito ...il golfo! Non adatta a famiglia con bambini o persone con minor voglia o possibilità di fare scale..... tante! Io ci tornerei!

Terrazza vista mozzafiato

casa strategica per visitare lerici e dintorni situata in un borgo bellissimo e pedonale, si fa un po fatica a trovare del parcheggio, ma in liguria si sa che è cosi. Proprietario gentile ed accogliente, la casa era pulita ed aveva tutto l'occorente, corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, la consiglio. La terrazza è fantastica, ma la scala per arrivarci è ripida. Ci siamo proprio rilassati e ci è piaciuto molto, la vita nel borgo è fantastica e con questa casa ci si sente proprio all'interno, la bimba si è divertita un sacco con il parchetto davanti alla chiesa li vicina.
