If you like the sea and the Breton countryside, our house offers space, comfort and relaxation. Located 1.8km from the nearest beach, it boasts a large garden not overlooked.
Ideal for one or two families with children.

Garden: terrace, covered outdoor dining area for up to 10-12 people, garden furniture, barbecue.

Ground floor: entrance, dining room, large living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen and utility room, utility room, WC.

1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds, one room with screen and DVD player, with two single beds to sit on, which can also be used as sleeping accommodation, 2 bathrooms with shower, one with WC , 1 separate WC.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed and sink area, one of which is equipped with a single child size bed.

Available: 8 bikes, board games, many DVDs, CDs, books and maps of the region.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir haben zu siebt 2 Wochen in dem Tollen Haus verbracht und es sehr genossen. Durch die gute Aufteilung und den riesigen Garten gibt es immer Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und man ist mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten am Meer. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und eine Ansprechperson steht für Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Gite parfait pour groupe d'amis ou grande famille

C'est une grande maison ou on se sent comme chez soi ou invité chez des amis car elle est pleine de présence. Nous étions un groupe de cycliste, et c'était parfait. Le garage pour les vélos, le hangar pour la remorque et l'auvent pour l'apéro en cas de crachin. L'allée derrière pour jouer aux boules. Le gite est très bien équipé en vaisselle, plat et ustensiles de cuisine. Beaucoup de lecture, livres, magazines, livres enfants. Beaucoup de jeux. Et de la place pour tous dehors ou dedans.

Das Haus bietet großen Gruppen genug Raum, sich ggf. auch mal zu vereinzeln. Die Einrichtung ist sehr (!) geschmackvoll und wohnlich. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen usw. sind großzügig vorhanden. Vier von uns haben gerne die Fahrräder genutzt. Der Garten ist ein Traum (!), riesengroß mit sehr hohen Kiefern ringsherum (Schatten) und Obstbäumen, mit üppigen Blumen rund ums Haus. Oft sagten wir, dass man beinahe auch die Urlaubstage im Garten hätte verbringen können. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nachts kann man entfernt das Meer hören, zu dem man eine halbe Stunde Fußweg hat. Zwei Negativpunkte: Einer der sechs Schlafräume liegt neben der Toilette mit einer sehr dünnen Wand (hellhörig!). Wir haben morgens immer Mückenjagdgeschichten der Nacht erzählt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr, sehr glücklich, dieses Ferienhaus gemietet haben zu können. Danke.

Très bon accueil de Magali. Maison très bien située près de la Pointe du Raz. Idéal pour des amis avec 6 chambres de 2 personnes. Maison très agréable et spacieuse, cuisine très bien équipée, superbe jardin. Il y a une télévision mais elle ne peut être utilisée qu'avec le lecteur DVD (pas d'antenne)

Très belle maison louée pour les 18 ans de notre fille ainée. Un moment de pur bonheur dans une maison très belle, agréable à vivre dans un cadre naturel superbe. Nous avons eu un temps ensoleillé qui a permis de nous balader dans les endroits magnifiques du Sud Finistère. Quelques œufs doivent encore être bien cachés suite à une chasse aux œufs mémorable. Merci pour l'accueil très agréable.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end en compagnie d’amis. Maison très agréable, confortable avec espaces extérieurs appréciables et un aménagement nickel

Au-delà du confort intérieur et extérieur, l'aménagement est chaleureux; les espaces diversifiés, les livres, jeux, décos etc..rendent encore plus "vivant" ce logement qui convient parfaitement à un groupe; chacun y trouve son compte, on peut s'y sentir comme chez soi. La proximité de la mer et les paysages superbes s'ajoutent à la qualité de cet accueil que, unanimement (groupe de 9 personnes), nous avons apprécié sans modération.
