Great Experience

The apartment is in a very nice building in the quiet area of South Pointe. There's a large pool and a nice gym, many restaurants nearby, and the park and beach are a few minutes walk away. The apartment has great views and is quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The Yacht Club at Portofino is located at 90 Alton Road on the Bayfront overlooking the Yacht Marina on Biscayne Bay. The Condo is completely renovated and decorator furnished with spacious room, marble counter top kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable terrace, large closets, and washer and dryer alcove.

The Yacht Club amenities also features a Bayfront hearted swimming pool with spacious sun deck and jacuzzi, tennis court, state of the art fitness center overlooking the Marina, 24 hour security, and valet parking.

The Condo is within a short walking distance to the beach and world class restaurants- 1 block from Joe's Stone Crab and 2 blocks from Smith & Wollensky and South Point Park. It is also close to boutique shopping and SoBe entertainment and nightlife. The Yacht Club building and the apartment skyline panorama can be seen on the opening credits of the TV show CSI Miami.
